Claims (5)
- バッテリーセルが金型内にあるとき、バッテリーセルの一部に関してインサート射出成形を行うことによって二次バッテリーを製造する装置において、
前記装置は、
前記バッテリーセルと対応する形状に形成された一対の上下の金型を含み、
前記上下の金型の内側面の中央には弾性部材が設けられており、
前記弾性部材は、前記バッテリーセルを前記上下の金型に取り付けたとき、前記バッテリーセルのセル本体を支持することで、非成形領域を成形領域から隔離する構造として構成されてなり、
前記弾性部材は、非成形領域全体に形成されているか或いは、前記成形領域と接触した前記非成形領域の外周面に沿って形成されている、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記バッテリーセルは、積層体シートからなるバッテリーケースを有するポーチ状バッテリーである、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記成形領域は、バッテリーセルのセル本体の上端に取り付けられた保護回路を含むキャップアッセンブリ領域である、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記成形領域は、前記バッテリーケースの外側シール領域である、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記弾性部材は、該弾性部材をインサート射出成形用の材料から保護するための不活性保護フィルムで覆われている、装置。
