Description
Claims (7)
- 開位置と閉位置との間で自動に移動するドアパネルと、
上記ドアパネルと他の構造物との境界付近に支持され、かつ異物が対応する部分に接触したことに応答して少なくとも部分的に変形する可撓性部材と、
上記可撓性部材の変形を検出し、境界付近に異物があることを示す指標を提供するセンサと、
を備えたドアアッセンブリであって、
上記可撓性部材が、少なくとも部分的に柔軟な外表面を有するとともに通路部を有する断面矩形のチューブからなり、
このチューブは、上記通路部を上記境界寄りの第2の部分と反対側の第1の部分とに区画するとともに、該チューブの外側に向いた側壁を上記境界寄りの第2の領域と反対側の第1の領域とに区分するように該側壁に接続されたリブを有し、かつこのリブは、上記第2の領域が押圧されたことに応答して上記第1の部分へ向かって湾曲変形するように構成され、
上記リブの湾曲変形に伴ってその位置が変化する遮断部が、上記リブから上記第1の部分内に延びており、
上記センサは、
上記通路部の上記第1の部分内に上記チューブの長手方向に沿って少なくとも一つの放射ビームを放出する放射源と、
この少なくとも一つの放射ビームを検出する検出器と、
を備えて、上記放射ビームがチューブの変形により遮断されたことを検出するように構成されており、
上記遮断部および上記放射ビームは、異物により上記第2の領域が押圧されたときの上記リブの湾曲変形により上記遮断部が上記放射ビームを遮断し、かつ、異物により上記第1の領域が押圧されたときには上記遮断部が上記放射ビームを遮断しないように、それぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするドアアッセンブリ。 - 上記ドアパネルを開位置と閉位置との間で自動に動かすドア駆動機構と、
上記センサからの上記指標に応答して上記ドア駆動機構を制御するコントローラと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドアアッセンブリ。 - 上記放射源が上記ドアパネルの一端部付近に位置し、上記検出器がドアパネルの他端部付近に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のドアアッセンブリ。
- 上記放射源が上記ドアパネルの一端部付近に位置するとともに、上記検出器がドアパネルのこの一端部付近に位置し、上記センサは、上記ドアパネルの他端部付近に反射器を備え、放射源から放射されかつ上記反射器で反射された少なくとも一つの放射ビームが上記検出器によって検出されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のドアアッセンブリ。
- 上記放射は光からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のドアアッセンブリ。
- 上記放射源および上記検出器の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部を囲む剛性のカバーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のドアアッセンブリ。
- 上記可撓性部材は、視線から隠れるように、ドアパネルと他の構造物との間の隙間内に嵌っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のドアアッセンブリ。
