Description
部品内直径3mm未満の交差穴の縁をバリ取りするバリ取り工具であり、
切削時に回転および/または並進運動し、
クランプ端部(2)を有する工具シャフト(1)と、工具側の軸端部に配置されたパイプ状軸部(5)と、このパイプ状軸部(5)内に切刃受けとして配置された支持体(6)からなり、
このパイプ状軸部(5)は側面に開口部(10)を有し、この開口部(10)内に切刃(3)のついた切刃本体(11)を持ち、
この切刃本体(11)は支持体(6)によって支持されて開口部(10)内で可動するよう設置され、工具シャフト(1)内の貫通孔(7)である媒体通路に通された圧力媒体が切刃(3)を外に押し出す構造になっており、
この切刃(3)は、側面の肩部角が5度から45度、面(F1;F2;F3)が0度の逃げ角αで、切刃本体(11)の長さ方向の先端に向けて、面(F1)、面(F3)、面(F2)の順で連続して設けられており、
切刃本体(11)に設置された切刃(3)の輪郭は、面(F3)が切刃本体(11)と平行に走り、切刃(3)の高さ(c)を決定する平面であり、面(F1)が切刃本体(11)に続く円弧状領域(r)を持ち、面(F3)にかけて傾斜する曲面であり、面(F2)が面(F3)から切刃本体(11)にかけて傾斜する曲面であり、面(F2)と切刃本体(11)との間に直線(s)を有しており、
切削面は面(F1;F2)であり、これら面(F1;F2)は、対数螺旋として仕上げられていることを特徴とするバリ取り工具。
面(F2;F1)が同一形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバリ取り工具。
切刃(3)の側面の境界(26)の輪郭が鏡像状の曲面であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバリ取り工具。
切刃本体(11)に設置された切刃(3)が側面境界部を持たないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバリ取り工具。
切刃本体(11)の幅(b)が1mm以下であり、切刃(3)の幅(b1)が0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のバリ取り工具。

Claims (5)
- 部品内直径3mm未満の交差穴の縁をバリ取りするバリ取り工具であり、
切削時に回転および/または並進運動し、
クランプ端部(2)を有する工具シャフト(1)と、工具側の軸端部に配置されたパイプ状軸部(5)と、このパイプ状軸部(5)内に切刃受けとして配置された支持体(6)からなり、
このパイプ状軸部(5)は側面に開口部(10)を有し、この開口部(10)内に切刃(3)のついた切刃本体(11)を持ち、
この切刃本体(11)は支持体(6)によって支持されて開口部(10)内で可動するよう設置され、工具シャフト(1)内の貫通孔(7)である媒体通路に通された圧力媒体が切刃(3)を外に押し出す構造になっており、
この切刃(3)は、側面の肩部角が5度から45度、面(F1;F2;F3)が0度の逃げ角αで、切刃本体(11)の長さ方向の先端に向けて、面(F1)、面(F3)、面(F2)の順で連続して設けられており、
切刃本体(11)に設置された切刃(3)の輪郭は、面(F3)が切刃本体(11)と平行に走り、切刃(3)の高さ(c)を決定する平面であり、面(F1)が切刃本体(11)に続く円弧状領域(r)を持ち、面(F3)にかけて傾斜する曲面であり、面(F2)が面(F3)から切刃本体(11)にかけて傾斜する曲面であり、面(F2)と切刃本体(11)との間に直線(s)を有しており、
切削面は面(F1;F2)であり、これら面(F1;F2)は、対数螺旋として仕上げられていることを特徴とするバリ取り工具。 - 面(F2;F1)が同一形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバリ取り工具。
- 切刃(3)の側面の境界(26)の輪郭が鏡像状の曲面であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバリ取り工具。
- 切刃本体(11)に設置された切刃(3)が側面境界部を持たないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバリ取り工具。
- 切刃本体(11)の幅(b)が1mm以下であり、切刃(3)の幅(b1)が0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のバリ取り工具。
