Description
また、本発明に従う構造とされた空気圧式アクチュエータによれば、駆動時における変位量が比較的に大きい中央部分に突条部を設けると共に、駆動時における変位量が比較的に小さい外周部分に突条部を形成しないことにより、突条部の形成による質量の増加を抑え、且つ、ベースハウジングと弾性壁部材の当接時及び離隔時に生じる異音を低減乃至は回避するという効果を有効に得ることが出来る。
また、本発明に従う構造とされた空気圧式アクチュエータにおいては、突条部が径方向中間部分まで延びるように形成されており、突条部の外周側端部において突出先端面が外周側に行くに従って次第に該突条部の高さが小さくなる傾斜面とされていることから、ベースハウジングと弾性壁部材の当接がより緩衝的に実現されて、当接時の打音が一層有利に低減乃至は回避される。なお、隣り合う突条部間に形成される溝部の内周側端面を傾斜面とすることにより、ベースハウジングと弾性壁部材の当接による衝撃をより一層抑えて、打音を効果的に防ぐことも出来る。
Claims (8)
- ベースハウジングと、該ベースハウジングに対して流体密に固定されることにより該ベースハウジングとの間に作用空気室を形成する弾性壁部材と、該作用空気室内に配置されて該弾性壁部材に設けられた出力部に付勢力を及ぼす付勢手段とを備え、該作用空気室の空気圧を外部から変化せしめることにより、該出力部を該付勢手段の付勢力に抗して駆動変位せしめる防振装置用の空気圧式アクチュエータにおいて、
前記弾性壁部材の中央部分に形成された前記出力部の外周部分をゴム弾性体で形成された弾性脚部として、該弾性脚部の外周縁部を前記ベースハウジングに固着することにより、それら出力部および弾性脚部と前記ベースハウジングとの対向面間に前記作用空気室を形成する一方、
前記ベースハウジングと前記弾性壁部材の前記作用空気室側の対向面の少なくとも一方において、内周側から外周側に向かって延びる複数条の突条部を形成して、該突条部を、該ベースハウジングと該出力部との対向部分および該ベースハウジングと該弾性脚部との対向部分の両方に亘って配置し、更に、前記突条部の外周側端部が前記ベースハウジング及び前記弾性壁部材の外周縁部にまでは至らない長さで形成されていると共に、前記突条部の外周側端部において突出先端面が外周側に行くに従って次第に該突条部の高さが小さくなる傾斜面とされていることを特徴とする防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。 - 前記突条部が前記ベースハウジングに形成されている請求項1に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記突条部の内周側の端部において周方向で連続的に繋がる環状突部が形成されている一方、前記弾性壁部材と該環状突部の当接面の少なくとも一方には径方向に延びる連通溝が形成されている請求項2に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記突条部の形成箇所において前記作用空気室と反対側の裏面に肉抜凹溝が形成されている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 周方向で隣り合う前記突条部間に、該突条部よりも高さが小さい控え突部が形成されている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記控え突部の形成箇所において前記作用空気室と反対側の裏面に肉抜凹溝が形成されている請求項5に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記弾性壁部材の前記ベースハウジングへの当接面に弾性突起が突出形成されている請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータ。
- 第一の取付部材が筒状の第二の取付部材の一方の開口部側に離隔して配設されて、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で相互に連結されて該第二の取付部材の一方の開口部が該本体ゴム弾性体で閉塞されると共に、該第二の取付部材の他方の開口部が可撓性膜で閉塞されて該本体ゴム弾性体と該可撓性膜との間に非圧縮性流体が封入された流体室が形成されており、該流体室に仕切部材が配設されて該第二の取付部材で固定的に支持されることにより、該仕切部材を挟んだ両側に壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成されて内圧変動が及ぼされる受圧室と壁部の一部が該可撓性膜で構成されて容積変化が許容される平衡室が形成されると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を連通せしめる第一のオリフィス通路と、該第一のオリフィス通路よりも高周波数域にチューニングされた第二のオリフィス通路がそれぞれ該仕切部材に形成される一方、該可撓性膜を挟んで該平衡室と反対側に請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の防振装置用空気圧式アクチュエータが配設されて、前記出力部の駆動変位に伴う出力を該可撓性膜に及ぼして該可撓性膜を該第二のオリフィス通路の開口部に対して変位させることにより、該第二のオリフィス通路が連通状態と遮断状態に切り替えられるようにしたことを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。
