Claims (9)
- 直線検出器(12)と、回転検出器(20)とを備え、軸(10)の回転直線運動を検出するための測定システムであって、
回転直線運動の回転運動を直線運動から分離するための分離装置(11、14、17)が、
被測定軸(10)に直線的に強固に連結されかつ直線検出器(12)によってピックアップされる第1測定区域と、
被測定軸(10)に専ら相対回転不能に連結されかつ回転検出器(20)によってピックアップされる第2測定区域とを含むか、
または
被測定軸(10)に専ら直線的に強固に連結されかつ直線検出器(12)によってピックアップされる第1測定区域と、
被測定軸(10)に相対回転不能に連結されかつ回転検出器(20)によってピックアップされる第2測定区域とを含む
ことを特徴とする測定システム。 - 分離装置がリニアボールブッシュ(14)を有する請求項1記載の測定システム。
- 第1測定区域が被測定軸(10)に強固に連結され、中空円筒状に形成され、かつその内部でリニアボールブッシュ(14)を介して第2測定区域に相対回転不能に連結されている請求項2記載の測定システム。
- 第1測定区域がその外皮に環状溝を有する請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の測定システム。
- 第2測定区域が、回転検出ホイール(19)を備えた検出軸(17)を有する請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の測定システム。
- 回転検出器が、内部に第2測定区域を配置した中空軸検出器(34)である請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の測定システム。
- リニアボールブッシュの表面が第2測定区域を形成する請求項2又は6記載の測定システム。
- 被測定軸(10)に測定軸(31)が強固に連結され、測定軸(31)の一方の部分(311)上をリニアボールブッシュが動き、測定軸(31)の他方の部分(312)が第1測定区域を含む請求項7記載の測定システム。
- 請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の測定システムを備えた回転直線駆動装置であって、直線検出器(12)の信号と回転検出器(20)の信号とが回転直線駆動装置の調節に使用される回転直線駆動装置。
