Claims (9)
- X線源と、複数の検出器素子を備え前記X線源から照射されたX線を検出するX線検出部と、前記被検体を載置し、前記X線源と前記X線検出部との間に被検体を配置する撮影テーブルと、前記撮影テーブルと前記X線源及び前記X線検出部とを前記被検体の体軸に沿って、相対的に移動しながら前記X線源からX線を照射するように制御する制御部と、前記X線検出器により検出されたX線の投影データを収集するX線データ収集部とを備えたスキャン手段と、
前記投影データに基づいて前記被検体の断層像を画像再構成する画像再構成手段とを備えたX線CT装置であって、
前記画像再構成手段は、
前記被検体の体軸上の位置に対応して、第1の撮影領域と、第2の撮影領域と、前記第1の撮影領域及び前記第2の撮影領域の間に位置する第3の撮影領域とを特定し、
前記第1の撮影領域に含まれる断層像を、断層像の画像再構成に必要な量の第1の投影データ量を使用して画像再構成し、
前記第2の撮影領域に含まれる断層像を、前記第1の投影データ量よりも少なく、かつ断層像の画像再構成に必要な量の第2の投影データ量を使用して画像再構成し、
前記第3の撮影領域に含まれる断層像を、前記第1の投影データ量よりも少なく前記第2の投影データ量よりも多い第3の投影データ量を使用して画像再構成する、
X線CT装置。 - 前記第2の領域は、前記被検体の心臓を含む領域であり、前記第1の領域は、心臓を含まない領域である、
請求項1に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記断層像の画像再構成に必要な量は、180°+ファン角度分の角度範囲から360°分の角度範囲のビューデータから選ばれたデータ量である、
請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記第1のデータ量は、360°分の角度範囲のビューデータであり、前記第2のデータ量は、180°+ファン角度分の角度範囲のビューデータである、
請求項3に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記第3の撮影領域に含まれる断層像を複数有し、前記第1の領域側から前記第2の領域側へ投影データ量が前記複数の断層像において連続的に減少するように、前記第3のデータ量が設定される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記撮影テーブルと前記X線源及び前記X線検出部との相対的移動を、前記第1の領域において、速度V1で行い、前記第2の領域において、前記速度V1と異なる速度V2で行い、前記第3の領域の領域において、前記速度V1から速度V2、または速度V2から速度V1へ、加速又は減速して行う、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の領域において、前記撮影テーブルと前記X線源及び前記X線検出部との相対的移動を速度V1で行い、前記第2の領域において、前記速度V1より低速の速度V2で行う、
請求項6に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記第1の領域、第2の領域、及び第3の領域は、予め取得された前記被検体のスカウト画像に基づいて特定される、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記第1の領域は、前記第2の領域の、前記被検体の体軸方向の両側に隣接する領域である、
請求項8に記載のX線CT装置。
