Description
Claims (8)
- 2つの出力軸へ駆動力を制御可能に分配するための自動車用差動歯車装置ユニットであって、ハウジング、及びその中に
a)入力部材(14)及び出力軸(7,8)に伝動結合される2つの出力部材(16,19)を持つ差動歯車装置(4)、
b)駆動側で差動歯車装置の入力部材(14)に伝動結合される変速歯車装置(5)、及び
c)一方では変速歯車装置(5)の駆動側に伝動結合され、また他方ではそれぞれ1つの出力軸(7,8)に伝動結合されかつそれぞれ1つの内側部分(32,42)及び薄板積層体(33,43)及び押圧環(33,45)を持つ2つの隣接して液圧制御可能な摩擦クラッチ(24,25)
を含んでいるものにおいて、
d)両方の摩擦クラッチ(24,25)の間にハウジング固定の中間部分(26)が設けられて、液圧操作装置(56,58,61,...)を含み、
e)両方の摩擦クラッチ(24,25)の押圧環(33,45)が、中間部分(26)の方へ向くクラッチの側にあり、
f)変速歯車装置(5)の従動側に近い方の第1の摩擦クラッチ(24)の外側部分(30)が、一方では変速歯車装置(5)に伝動結合され、他方では中間部分(26)を貫通する中間軸(37)を介して第2の摩擦クラッチ(25)の内側部分(42)に伝動結合され、
g)第1の摩擦クラッチ(24)の内側部分(32)が第1の出力軸(7)に伝動結合され、第2の摩擦クラッチ(25)の外側部分(40)が第2の出力軸(8)に伝動結合されている
ことを特徴とする、差動歯車装置ユニット。 - 中間部分(26)が両側にそれぞれ1つの環状ピストン(56,58)を収容し、これらの環状ピストン(56,58)が推力軸受(57,59)を介して対応する摩擦クラッチ(24,25)の押圧環(33,45)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 摩擦クラッチ(24,25)の操作に用いられる制御弁が中間部分(26)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 摩擦クラッチ(24,25)の操作に用いられる制御弁が中間部分(26)に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 中間部分(26)が油ポンプ(60)を収容し、中間部分(26)を貫通する油ポンプ(60)の中間軸(37)が、油ポンプの回転子(61)に伝動結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 油ポンプ(60)がゲロータ(gerotor)形式のポンプであり、その内側回転子(61)が中間軸(37)上にはまり、その偏心した外側回転子(62)が中間部分(26)内に回転可能に案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 両方の摩擦クラッチ(24,25)を収容するハウジング(1)の部分(2)が、軸線に対して直角な分離面(28)を持ち、この分離面(28)に中間部分(26)及びハウジング蓋(27)が続いていることを特徴とする、差動歯車装置ユニット。
- 中間部分(26)が、摩擦クラッチ(24,25)を収容するハウジング部分(2)及びハウジング蓋(27)に対して心出しされる板であり、その外側縁(50)がハウジング輪郭を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の差動歯車装置ユニット。
