Description
- 反応物の混合物の炎速度の増加-種々のバーナーオリフィスの出口に近接して炎の先端が安定し、インジェクターの過加熱および早期破壊のリスクを増大させる;
- 炎温度が上昇し、それによって装入物およびバーナー表面への放射伝達が増大する;
- 炎温度が上昇した結果、熱NOxのレベルが上昇する。
- 燃料のジェットと、;
- 含酸素ガスの少なくとも2つのジェットと;
が燃焼チャンバーに注入され、
・ 一次のジェットと呼ばれる含酸素ガスの第1のジェットが、第1の不完全燃焼を生じさせるような量で径Dを持つオリフィスを介して導入され、かつ燃料のジェットの周りに注入され、この第1の燃焼から生じるガスはいまだ燃料の少なくとも一部を含んでおり、
・ 含酸素ガスの第2のジェットは、含酸素ガスの第1の、一次のジェットを導入するためのオリフィスから距離lを隔てて配置された、径dを持つオリフィスを介して導入され、第1の燃焼から生じるガス中に存在する燃料の一部との燃焼に入り、
- 燃料のジェットは、で燃焼チャンバーの壁から後退した地点で含酸素ガスの一次のジェット内に出現し、前記地点は壁から距離rを隔てて位置し、
- 酸素リッチな含酸素ガスを少なくとも300℃の温度まで予熱し、
- r/D比は、
・ 5ないし20、好ましくは7ないし15であるか、
・ または0.75ないし3のいずれかであり、
- l/d比は少なくとも2、好ましくは少なくとも10である。
Claims (7)
- 酸素リッチな含酸素ガスを用いて燃料を燃焼させる方法であって、
- 燃料のジェットと、
- 含酸素ガスの少なくとも2つのジェットとが燃焼チャンバーに注入され、
・ 一次のジェットと呼ばれる前記含酸素ガスの第1のジェットが、第1の不完全燃焼を生じさせるような量で径Dを持つオリフィスを介して導入され、かつ燃料のジェットの周りに注入され、この第1の燃焼から生じるガスはいまだ燃料の少なくとも一部を含んでおり、
・ 前記含酸素ガスの第2のジェットは、前記含酸素ガスの第1の、一次のジェットを導入するためのオリフィスから距離lを隔てて配置された、径dを持つオリフィスを介して導入され、前記第1の燃焼から生じるガス中に存在する燃料の一部との燃焼に入り、
- 前記燃料のジェットは、前記燃焼チャンバーの壁から後退した地点で含酸素ガスの一次のジェット内に出現し、前記地点は前記壁から距離rを隔てて位置し、
- 前記酸素リッチな含酸素ガスを少なくとも300℃の温度まで予熱し、
- r/D比は、
・ 5ないし20であり、
- l/d比は少なくとも2であることを特徴とする方法。 - r/D比が7ないし15であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の方法。
- l/d比が少なくとも10であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素リッチな含酸素ガスが少なくとも70体積%の酸素濃度を持つことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 燃料を少なくとも300℃まで予熱することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガラス溶融炉の中で使用されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 再加熱炉の中で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
