Description
金属前駆体及び非極性溶媒を含む第1溶液を準備する工程と、
前記第1溶液に下記化学式1で表されるキャッピング分子を添加して第2溶液を準備する工程と、
前記第2溶液を加熱しながら撹拌する工程と、
を含む、金属ナノ粒子の製造方法を提供する。
Claims (11)
- 金属前駆体及び非極性溶媒を含む第1溶液を準備する工程と、
前記第1溶液に下記化学式1で表されるキャッピング分子を添加して第2溶液を準備する工程と、
前記第2溶液を加熱しながら撹拌する工程と、
を含む、金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
(式中、R1はメチル基(−CH 3 )であり、R2はアミノ基(−NH 2 )またはメチル基(−CH 3 )であり、xは17であり、yは9である。) - 前記第1溶液が、アミン系化合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物が、CxH2x+1NH2の構造を有する、請求項2に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物が、ブチルアミン、プロピルアミン、オクチルアミン、デシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、及びオレイルアミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項3に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記金属前駆体が、銅、銀、ニッケル、鉄、金、白金、パラジウム、亜鉛、チタン、及びこれらの合金からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記金属前駆体が、塩化銀(AgCl)、硝酸銀(AgNO3)、四フッ化ホウ素銀(AgBF4)、六フッ化リン銀(AgPF6)、酸化銀(Ag2O)、酢酸銀(CH3COOAg)、トリフルオロ硫酸銀(AgCF3SO3)、過塩素酸銀(AgClO4)、塩化銅(CuCl2)、硝酸銅(Cu(NO3)2)、硫酸銅(CuSO4)、酢酸銅(CH3COO)2Cu)、及びアセチルアセトン銅(Cu(acac)2)(copper acetyloacetate)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項5に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記非極性溶媒が、トルエン、ヘキサン、ジフェニルエーテル、オクチルエーテル、ジメチルホルムアルデヒド、テトラヒドロフラン、1−オクタデセン、及びテトラデカンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第2溶液を加熱しながら撹拌する工程が60〜120℃の温度で行われる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第2溶液を加熱しながら撹拌する工程が60〜110℃の温度で行われる、請求項2に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第2溶液に還元剤をさらに加えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤が、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(NaBH4)、水素化ホウ素リチウム(LiBH4)、水素化ホウ素カリウム(KBH4)、テトラブチルアンモニウムボロヒドリド、ヒドラジン(N2H4)、フェニルヒドラジン(PhHNNH2)、アンモニアボラン(NH3−BH3)、トリメチルアミン−ボラン((CH3)3N−BH3)、ナトリウム次亜リン酸塩(NaH2PO2)ギ酸、及びテトラブチルアンモニウムボロヒドリドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項10に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造方法。
