Description
非極性溶媒に酸化銅(CuO)微細粉末及びアルキルアミンを混合し、60℃ないし300℃に加熱してCuOナノ粒子を製造する段階と、
前記CuOナノ粒子にキャッピング分子及び還元剤を混合し、60℃ないし120℃に加熱して銅系ナノ粒子を製造する段階と、
を含む銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法が提供される。
酸化銅(CuO)微細粉末1モルをトルエン1Lに加え、オクチルアミン4モルを添加して110℃に加熱した。2時間後に暗褐色のナノ粒子をメタノールで洗浄してCuOナノ粒子を得ることができた。前記CuOナノ粒子1モルに、オレイン酸1モル及びギ酸5モルを加えて110℃に加熱したが、昇温につれ、Cu2Oナノ粒子が合成され、80℃以上になると、Cuナノ粒子も製造された。
Claims (11)
- 非極性溶媒に酸化銅(CuO)微細粉末及びアルキルアミンを混合し、60℃ないし300℃に加熱してCuOナノ粒子を製造する段階と、
前記CuOナノ粒子にオレイン酸及び還元剤を混合し、60℃ないし120℃に加熱して、Cu 2 O、Cu及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる銅系ナノ粒子を製造する段階と、
を含む銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。 - 前記銅系ナノ粒子をメタノールまたはアセトンを用いて分離する段階をさらに含む請求項1に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アルキルアミンが、前記CuO微細粉末1モルに対して2ないし10モル混合される請求項1または2に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アルキルアミンが、1級アミンである請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記1級アミンが、炭素数4ないし18のアルキルアミンである請求項4に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記炭素数4ないし18のアルキルアミンが、ブチルアミン、ペンチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、ヘプチルアミン、オクチルアミン、ノニルアミン、デシルアミン、ウンデシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、トリデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ペンタデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、ヘプタデシルアミン、オクタデシルアミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである請求項5に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記オレイン酸が、CuO微細粉末1モルに対して0.5ないし4モル混合される請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記非極性溶媒が、トルエン、へキサン、シクロヘキサン、デカン、ドデカン、テトラデカン、ヘキサデカン、オクタデカン、オクタデセンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つである請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記非極性溶媒が、前記CuO微細粉末1モルに対して3ないし30モル混合される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤が、ギ酸である請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤が、前記CuO微細粉末1モルに対して1ないし10モル混合される請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の銅系ナノ粒子の製造方法。
