Claims (4)
- 給気及び再循環排気を冷却するために循環冷媒を使用する第1冷却系と、
前記給気及び前記再循環排気を冷却するために燃焼機関(2)の運転中に第1冷却系における冷媒よりも低い温度である循環冷媒を用いる第2冷却系と、
前記給気を前記第1冷却系における循環冷媒によって冷却する第1給気クーラー(9)と、
前記再循環排気を前記第1冷却系における循環冷媒によって冷却する第1EGRクーラー(14)と、
前記第1給気クーラー(9)の下流側において、前記給気を前記第2冷却系における循環冷媒によって冷却する第2給気クーラー(10)と、
前記第1EGRクーラー(14)の下流側において、前記再循環排気を前記第2冷却系における循環冷媒によって冷却する第2EGRクーラー(15)と、
前記第1冷却系における循環冷媒が空気で冷却されることを意図したラジエータ(20)と、
前記ラジエータ(20)の前方にあって前記第2冷却系における循環冷媒が周囲温度の空気で冷却されることを意図したラジエータ・エレメント(24)とを含む過給燃焼機関(2)用装置において、
前記第2冷却系からくる循環冷媒が内部を通る熱交換器(28)と、
前記燃焼機関(2)から出る排気が熱交換器(28)を通って流れないようにする閉位置、および、前記燃焼機関(2)から出る排気が前記熱交換器(28)を通って流れ、もって前記第2冷却系における循環冷媒が前記排気によって加温されるようにする開位置に位置づけ可能なバルブ手段(30)とを含み、
また、前記第2冷却系における循環冷媒の意図した流れ方向に関して前記ラジエータ・エレメント(24)の下流側であって前記第2給気クーラー(10)及び前記第2EGRクーラー(15)の上流側の位置で、前記熱交換器(28)が前記第2冷却系に配置されていることを特徴とする過給燃焼機関用装置。 - 前記燃焼機関(2)の排気ライン(4)に接続された排気ループ(29)を含み、該排気ループ(29)が前記熱交換器(28)および前記バルブ手段(30)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記第2給気クーラー(10)又は前記第2EGRクーラー(15)内に氷結が生じているか否か、または、氷結の危険が生じる程度に前記ガス媒体が冷却されたか否かを示すパラメータを検出する少なくとも1つのセンサー(35)と、該センサー(35)から情報を受け、前記第2給気クーラー(10)又は前記第2EGRクーラー(15)内の氷結またはその危険の有無を判断して、氷結またはその危険があれば、前記バルブ手段(30)を開位置に位置づける制御ユニット(31)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記センサー(35)が、温度センサーまたは圧力センサーであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
