Claims (4)
- エンジンの冷却水が流通する冷却水回路と、前記エンジンの吸気を過給する過給器と、を備えるエンジンにおいて、前記エンジンに備えられるエンジンの吸気冷却装置であって、
前記冷却水回路は、第1冷却水回路と、第2冷却水回路とを含み、
吸気を前記第1冷却水回路の冷却水により冷却する第1吸気冷却装置と、前記第1吸気冷却装置により冷却された吸気を前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水によりさらに冷却する第2吸気冷却装置と、が備えられ、
前記第1冷却水回路は、前記エンジンから出た冷却水を、前記第1吸気冷却装置を流通させて再びエンジンに戻し、
前記第2冷却水回路は、前記エンジンから出た冷却水を、前記第2吸気冷却装置を流通させて再びエンジンに戻し、
前記エンジンから出て前記第1吸気冷却装置へと向かう冷却水と、前記第2吸気冷却装置から出て前記エンジンへと向かう冷却水と、の間で熱交換を行う熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とするエンジンの吸気冷却装置。 - 前記第1冷却水回路は、冷却水を冷却する第1ラジエタを備えると共に、前記第2冷却水回路には、前記第2冷却水回路を流れる冷却水を冷却する第2ラジエタが備えられ、
前記エンジンから出て、前記第2ラジエタにより冷却された冷却水が、前記第2吸気冷却装置を流通することを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のエンジンの吸気冷却装置。 - 前記第1吸気冷却装置から出た前記第1冷却水回路の冷却水と、前記熱交換器を出た前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水と、を合流させて、前記エンジンへと戻すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの吸気冷却装置。
- 前記熱交換器に入る前記第1冷却水回路の冷却水の水温を検出する第1水温検出部と、
前記熱交換器に入る前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水の水温を検出する第2水温検出部と、
前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水を、前記熱交換器を流通させずバイパスさせるバイパス流路と、
前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水を、前記バイパス流路に流すか否かを制御するバルブと、
前記バルブの動作を制御する制御装置と、
をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水の水温が前記第1冷却水回路の冷却水の水温よりも低い場合は、前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水を前記熱交換器に流通させるように、前記バルブを制御し、
前記第1冷却水回路の冷却水の水温が前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水の水温よりも低い場合は、前記第2冷却水回路の冷却水を前記熱交換器に流通させずバイパスさせるように、前記バルブを制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの吸気冷却装置。
