Description
Claims (9)
- アラキドン酸(ARA)、ドコサペンタエン酸(DPA)、ドコサヘキサエン酸(DHA)、エイコサペンタエン酸(EPA)、γリノレン酸(GLA)、ステアリドン酸(SA)またはジホモγリノレン酸(DHGLA)を含む群から選択される多価不飽和脂肪酸を含有する油の生成方法であって、
前記方法は、
a)微生物を培養し、
b)a)からの第1のバイオマスを回収し、
c)得られた前記第1のバイオマスを、a)から得られた前記第1のバイオマスと異なる第2のバイオマスと混合し、および
d)該2種類のバイオマスを圧縮することによって、油を残ったプレスケーキから得る方法であり、
前記第1のバイオマスは、以下の微生物:モルティエラ(Mortierella)、クリプテコジニウム(Crypthecodinium)(過渦毛藻類)、ヤブレツボカビ(Thraustochytrium)、スキゾキトリウム(Schizochytrium)(ラビリンチュラ網)、フェオダクチラム(Phaeodactylum)、ナンノクロロプシス(Nanochloropsis)、ユーグレナ(Euglena)、テトラヒメナ(Tetrahymena)、スピルリナ(Spirulina)、クロレラ(Chlorella)およびウルケニア(Ulkenia)からの少なくとも1種類のバイオマスを含み、
工程c)の前記第2のバイオマスは、ヒマワリ、菜種、ルリヂサ、オオマツヨイグサ、アマニ、ブラッククミン、大豆、パーム核、ヤシ、エゴマ、ベニバナ、小麦胚芽、トウモロコシ、オリーブ、ゴマを含む群から選択される脂肪種子である、
方法。 - 工程d)の後、前記残ったプレスケーキを、油用の溶媒で抽出し、該油を抽出後に該溶媒から得る請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程d)で得た前記油を、請求項2記載の方法によって得た油と混合する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記2種類のバイオマスから得られる前記油の内より低い融点を有する油の融点よりも少なくとも5℃高い温度で行うことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 工程d)の後、前記油を溶媒なしで、およびアルカリ性または酸性媒体を使用せずに穏やかに精製し、
a)ケイ酸塩を使用して処理する、および/または
b)シリカろ過を使用して処理する、および/または
c)蒸気連行による蒸留下で脱臭する
少なくとも1つの工程を実行することを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。 - 前記第1のバイオマスが、ウルケニアを含むことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 工程c)の前記第2のバイオマスが、ヒマワリ種子を含むことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 前記2種類のバイオマスを前記圧縮工程の開始前に一緒に粉砕することを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕を、前記2種類のバイオマスから得られる油のうちより低い融点を有する油の融点よりも少なくとも5℃高い温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
