Abstract
【解決手段】a)微生物を培養し、b)a)からのバイオマスを回収し、c)得られた該バイオマスを、a)から得られた該バイオマスと異なる第2のバイオマスと混合し、およびd)該2種類のバイオマスを圧縮することによって、油を残ったプレスケーキから得ることを特徴とし、ARA、DPA、DHA、EPA、GLA、SAまたはDHGLAを含む群から選択される多価不飽和脂肪酸を含有する油の生成方法。

Claims (21)
- a)微生物を培養し、
b)a)からのバイオマスを回収し、
c)得られた該バイオマスを、a)から得られた該バイオマスと異なる第2のバイオマスと混合し、および
d)該2種類のバイオマスを圧縮することによって、油を残ったプレスケーキから得る
ことを特徴とし、
ARA、DPA、DHA、EPA、GLA、SAまたはDHGLAを含む群から選択される多価不飽和脂肪酸を含有する油の生成方法。 - 工程d)の後、前記残ったプレスケーキを、油用の溶媒、好ましくは有機溶媒、特に好ましくは非水混和性の非極性溶媒(ただしヘキサンが特に好ましい)で抽出し、該油を抽出後に該溶媒から得る請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程d)で得た前記油を、請求項2記載の方法によって得た油と混合する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記2種類のバイオマスから得られる前記油の内より低い融点を有する油、特に前記第2のバイオマスから得られる前記油の融点よりも少なくとも5℃、好ましくは10℃高い温度、特に好ましくは20℃および80℃の間の温度で行うことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 工程d)の後、前記油を溶媒なしで、およびアルカリ性または酸性媒体を使用せずに穏やかに精製し、
a)ケイ酸塩を使用して処理する、および/または
b)シリカろ過を使用して処理する、および/または
c)蒸気連行による蒸留下で脱臭する
少なくとも1つの工程を実行することを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。 - 前記第1のバイオマスは、以下の微生物:モルティエラ(Mortierella)、クリプテコジニウム(Crypthecodinium)(過渦毛藻類)、ヤブレツボカビ(Thraustochytrium)、スキゾキトリウム(Schizochytrium)(ラビリンチュラ網)、フェオダクチラム(Phaeodactylum)、ナンノクロロプシス(Nanochloropsis)、ユーグレナ(Euglena)、テトラヒメナ(Tetrahymena)、スピルリナ(Spirulina)、クロレラ(Chlorella)およびウルケニア(Ulkenia)からの少なくとも1種類のバイオマスを含み、ウルケニアが好ましいことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 工程c)の前記第2のバイオマスは、ヒマワリ、菜種、ルリヂサ、オオマツヨイグサ、アマニ、ブラッククミン、大豆、パーム核、ヤシ、エゴマ、ベニバナ、小麦胚芽、トウモロコシ、オリーブ、パーム核、ゴマを含む群から選択される脂肪種子であり、ヒマワリ種子が特に好ましいことを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 前記2種類のバイオマスを前記圧縮工程の開始前に一緒に粉砕することを特徴とする前記請求項の一項記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕を、前記2種類のバイオマスから得られる油のうちより低い融点を有する油、特に前記第2のバイオマスから得られる油の融点よりも少なくとも5℃、好ましくは10℃高い温度、特に好ましくは20℃および80℃の間の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし9の一項記載の方法に従って生成することができる油。
- 添加される有機溶媒を相当量は含有しておらず、好ましくは0.2ppm未満含有する請求項10記載の油。
- PUFAを1〜50重量パーセント含有する請求項10および/または11記載の油。
- リン脂質を5重量パーセント未満、好ましくは2重量パーセント未満、特に好ましくは1重量パーセント未満含有する請求項10、11および/または12記載の油。
- 遊離脂肪酸を5重量パーセント未満、好ましくは2重量パーセント未満、特に好ましくは1重量パーセント未満を含有する請求項10、11、12および/または13記載の油。
- 請求項1の工程d)から得られるプレスケーキ。
- 請求項1ないし9の一項記載の方法に従って得られる原料油から得られるリン脂質に富む組成物。
- 請求項10ないし14の少なくとも一項記載の前記油の、食品および/または補助食品としての使用。
- 請求項10ないし14の少なくとも一項記載の前記油の、ヒトまたは動物用の医薬品の製造のための使用。
- 請求項10ないし14の少なくとも一項記載の前記油の、ヒトまたは動物用の化粧品としての使用。
- 請求項15記載の前記プレスケーキの、ヒトまたは動物用の食品および/または補助食品としての、ヒトまたは動物用の医薬品の製造のための、および/またはヒトまたは動物用の化粧品としての使用。
- 完全な非経口栄養を提供するための調整粉乳である請求項17記載の食品。
