Description
また特許文献4には、無機質繊維パイプの表裏面が通気性のある無機質繊維、有機質繊維、ガラスクロス或いは不織布などからなる飛散防止材で被覆された円筒状の吸音エレメントを角筒形ケーシング内に挿入した吸音器が記載されている。
更に、吸気口と排気口に軟質ウレタンフォームを用いた吸音ダクトとパッケージ内部の吸音処理の組み合わせ従来構造と、吸音筒40と吸音材41、42を採用した本実施例の場合との減音量を実機により確認した結果を図13に示す。本実施例を適用したパッケージは従来構造に比較し、実機においても大幅な減音効果が得られていることがわかる。勿論、パッケージ内の各部の温度も従来構造の場合と同程度に抑えることができている。
Claims (9)
- 吸気口又は排気口の少なくともどちらか一方に、円筒状に加工したポリエステル繊維系吸音筒をその長軸が前記吸気口又は前記排気口を流れる空気の流れ方向に対しほぼ垂直に交差するように支持材に複数本配置した吸音構造を設け、前記支持材に半円の切欠部を複数設け、前記切欠部に前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音筒の両端部をはめ込み可能な前記吸音構造とし、前記支持材と前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音筒の両端部を交互に積み重ねて配列を構成したことを特徴とする機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音筒は、ポリエステル繊維の母材の表面に高分子系不織布を円筒状に巻きつけ複合した吸音体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音筒の円筒中心に、実軸又は中空軸を貫通させた構造であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記高分子系不織布の上に、金属あるいは樹脂系の網目構造体あるいは孔明き構造体を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記支持材がポリエステル繊維系吸音材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音材が、ポリエステル繊維の母材の表面に高分子系不織布を複合した吸音構造としたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記母材が、グラスウール又は軟質ウレタンフォームであることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項6に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記吸音構造が、取り外し自由なカセット式であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
- 前記支持材を前記ポリエステル繊維系吸音筒の両端部以外の箇所にも設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械の低騒音パッケージ。
