Description
Claims (15)
- 組み立て完了状態において、少なくとも1つのワイヤを有する絶縁ケーブル(40)を結合し配置する少なくとも1つのブレード型締め付け要素(13、14)と、
少なくとも1つの非弾性締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)と、
を含むベース要素(10)を備え、
前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)の長さは、組み立て完了状態において、前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)が前記絶縁ケーブル(40)のケーブル絶縁体(43)を変形させる、または、前記ケーブル絶縁体(43)に少なくともめり込むことにより、前記絶縁ケーブル(40)を締め付けるように設定されており、
前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)がブレード型締め付け部(13、14)に直に隣接して配置されるプラグインコネクタ。 - 前記絶縁ケーブル(40)の長手方向(20)に対して、少なくとも1つの締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)が前記ブレード型締め付け部(13、14)の前後に備えられている、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)が非導電性プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)が、前記絶縁ケーブルの取り付け方向における少なくとも前記ワイヤ(41)の略径領域において、前記ケーブル絶縁体(43)を前記ブレード型締め付け部(13、14)に対して締め付ける、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)は尖端部(18、19、22、23)を備える、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記尖端部(18、19、22、23)は前記絶縁ケーブル(40)の長手方向(20)に配向されている、請求項5に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記尖端部(22、23)が複数設けられる、請求項5に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの締め付け要素(17)をさらに備え、
前記締め付け要素(17)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の取り付け完了状態において、2つの隣接ワイヤ(41)間に延在する前記絶縁ケーブル(40)の接続用ブリッジ(44)を締め付ける、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 前記締め付け要素(17)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の取り付け完了状態において前記接続用ブリッジ(44)を締め付ける尖端部(10)を備え、
前記締め付け要素(17)の幅は、前記ケーブル(40)の2つの隣接ワイヤ(41)のうち少なくとも1つのワイヤ(41)が前記締め付け要素(17)によって付加的に確実に締め付けられように選択される、請求項8に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 前記プラグインコネクタ(11)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の取り付け完了状態において、前記ベース要素(10)上に前記絶縁ケーブル(40)を押圧する上部(12)を備える、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記上部(12)は、前記絶縁ケーブル(40)を収容する少なくとも1つのケーブルダクト(31)を備える、請求項10に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記上部(12)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の組み立て工程中に、少なくとも1つの締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)が挿入される前記少なくとも1つのガイドダクト部(33)を備える、請求項10に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記上部(12)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の組み立て完了状態において、前記締め付け要素(15、16、17、21)と略対向して配置された当接部(35)を備える、請求項10に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記上部(12)は、プラグインコネクタ(11)の組み立て工程中に、前記ベース要素(10)に対して前記上部(12)を位置決めするための位置決め要素(30)を備える、請求項10に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記上部(12)は、組み立て工程の最後に前記ベース要素(10)上に上部(12)を固定する少なくとも2つの戻り止め(34)を備える、請求項10に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
