Description
The present invention relates to a pressure sensor for measuring a pressure in an extracorporeal circuit through which a liquid, particularly a body fluid or a chemical solution is circulated.
More specifically, the casing is disposed in the middle of the extracorporeal circuit, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet disposed in the casing, the deformed surface at least partially deformed by the pressure, and the means for measuring the pressure in the casing. In the pressure sensor, the body fluid or the chemical liquid in the casing is stagnated by efficiently replacing the liquid in the casing with the newly introduced liquid by flowing the liquid existing in the casing without stagnation. The present invention relates to a pressure sensor that prevents coagulation.
In extracorporeal circulation therapy, blood is extracted from a patient's body, blood is treated outside the body using a blood treatment device, and the treated blood is returned to the body. Usually, a pressure sensor is used to measure the pressure in the extracorporeal circuit. Is placed.
As an example of means for measuring the pressure in the extracorporeal circulation circuit,
FIG. 16 is a schematic configuration diagram illustrating an example of a configuration of a pressure measurement method using a drip chamber. As shown in FIG. 16, the
In the drip chamber type pressure measuring method as shown in FIG. 16, a certain amount of body fluid or chemical solution, for example, about half the volume is stored in the
However, since the
As an example of a pressure sensor that solves such a problem,
FIG. 17 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an example of a configuration of a pressure measuring method for measuring the pressure in the extracorporeal circuit via a diaphragm. As shown in FIG. 17, the
However, in the configuration of the pressure measurement method shown in FIG. 17, in the
Furthermore, in the case of a low flow rate, there is no turbulence in the flow in the
In the pressure sensor that measures the pressure in the extracorporeal circuit without coming into contact with air, the present invention is not constrained to cause retention of bodily fluids or chemicals due to flow factors. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure sensor having a structure that does not cause the pressure.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor, as a casing constituting the liquid contact portion of the pressure sensor, has a reference surface that is not deformed by the pressure in the extracorporeal circuit, and a constant relative to the reference surface. A deformed surface that is spaced apart and deformed at least in part by the pressure in the extracorporeal circulation circuit, and connects the deformed surface and the reference surface to form a liquid-tight space closed inside. A connection surface that is not deformed by the pressure in the extracorporeal circulation circuit, and a casing having a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet is provided on the side of the connection surface, and fluid introduced into the casing is placed on the inner peripheral surface. It has been found that the above problem can be solved by arranging a flow path for introducing a fluid into the casing so as to flow in, and the present invention has been completed. That is, the present invention includes the following configurations.
(1) The first configuration of the pressure sensor of the extracorporeal circuit includes at least (a) at least a reference plane that is not deformed by the extracorporeal circuit pressure, and an extracorporeal circuit pressure that is spaced from the reference plane. A deformation surface partially deformed, a connection surface that forms a liquid-tight space closed by connecting the reference surface and the deformation surface, and a side surface of the connection surface that is not deformed by pressure in the extracorporeal circuit A liquid inlet provided on the side of the connection surface and in the flow direction of the liquid introduced from the liquid inlet into the casing along the inner periphery of the side of the connection surface. A casing having a liquid outlet arranged at a position separated from the circumference by 1/2 or more and less than 1 round ; and (b) arranged outside the casing and directly or indirectly changing the deformation amount of the deformation surface of the casing. By detecting A pressure sensor of the extracorporeal circulation circuit equipped with; means for measuring the pressure in the casing
A flow path for introducing the liquid into the casing is liquid-tightly connected to the liquid inlet, and the liquid introduced into the casing flows in along the inner periphery of the side surface of the connection surface. It arrange | positions so that it may do.
(3) A second configuration of the pressure sensor of the extracorporeal circuit is characterized in that, in the first configuration, a baffle plate portion for disturbing the flow of the liquid is provided in the vicinity of the connection surface.
The pressure sensor of the present invention has the first configuration described above, so that a liquid flow is formed along the side surface of the connection surface, and is substantially concentric in parallel with the reference surface about the center of the reference surface. Is formed, and circulation occurs in the casing. For this reason, even if the liquid introduced into the casing stays at the liquid inlet due to the sudden expansion of the flow path, the stay can be eliminated by the flow circulating in the casing. It is possible to suppress stagnation of liquid and coagulation of body fluid.
Since the pressure sensor of the present invention has the above-described first configuration, the casing can be used even in the case of a low flow rate compared to the case where the conventional liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are arranged substantially in a straight line. It is possible to forcibly cause a flow turbulence. For this reason, retention of the liquid in a casing and coagulation | solidification of a bodily fluid can be suppressed. The pressure sensor of the present invention can be suitably used at any flow rate.
Since the pressure sensor of the present invention has the second configuration, it is possible to promote the replacement of the liquid in the casing more efficiently.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the pressure sensor of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited only to these embodiments.
[First embodiment]
A first embodiment of a pressure sensor of an extracorporeal circuit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pressure sensor according to the present embodiment.

In FIG. 1, the
The
(Pressure measurement method)
In FIG. 1, as a pressure measuring method, the pressure in the
As a pressure measuring method, as shown in FIG. 8, a method of measuring the pressure in the
(shape)
In FIG. 1, the
Further, in FIG. 1, the
Further, in FIG. 1, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the contact point between the
There is no particular problem in any of the cases shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, but in order to form a smoother liquid flow, the contact between the reference surface and the connection surface is rounded to some extent as shown in FIGS. It is preferable that the shapes are connected.
Further, in FIG. 1, the shape of the
In FIG. 1, the
Further, in FIG. 1, the
In FIG. 1, the
Further, in FIG. 1, the
The position where the
In addition, in FIG. 1, the
In FIG. 1, the
(Material)
The material of the
If the material of the deformed portion (deformed portion) of the
The material of the
(Joining method)
The joining method of the
Further, in the
Such a

The internal diameter of the

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the pressure sensor of the extracorporeal circuit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 14 is a schematic diagram of an extracorporeal circuit according to the second embodiment. About the part which has the same function as the 1st embodiment mentioned above, and the same function, description is abbreviate | omitted using the same code | symbol.
The
By arranging the fluid introduced into the
In the present embodiment, the
The installation position of the

The shape of the
