Description
上記実施形態に係る等速ジョイント用ブーツについて、FEA(有限要素法)解析により、ジョイント角(ジョイントアウターレース5とシャフト4のなす角度):20度、雰囲気温度:室温、回転数:600rpmの条件で回転させたときに、グリース洩れが何時間で発生するかについて、シミュレーションを行った。

Claims (1)
- シャフトに保持される小径筒部と、該小径筒部と離間して同軸的に配置され該小径筒部より大径の大径筒部と、該小径筒部と該大径筒部とを一体に連結する全体の外形状が略円錐台形状の蛇腹部とからなる等速ジョイント用ブーツにおいて、
前記蛇腹部は、前記小径筒部側から第1山部、第1谷部、第2山部、第2谷部、…の順で複数の山部及び谷部が交互に形成されてなり、
前記小径筒部が前記シャフトに保持されるとともに、前記大径筒部が相手部材に保持された取付状態において、
前記小径筒部の前記蛇腹部側の端部と前記第1山部の頂部とを繋ぐ立ち上がり壁と、中心軸線とのなす立ち上がり角度が25〜35度であるとともに、前記第1山部の頂部と前記第1谷部の底部とを繋ぐ第1蛇腹壁と、中心軸線とのなす角度が85〜95度であることを特徴とする等速ジョイント用ブーツ。
