Description
配合1〜28の調製
表Iに示す配合において、加硫促進剤と硫黄を除く成分を1.6リットルの密閉型ミキサーで4分間混練し、150℃に達したときに放出してマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチに加硫促進剤と硫黄をオープンロールで混練し、配合1〜28のゴム組成物を得た。このゴム組成物を用いて以下に示す試験法で接着試験を行なった。結果は表Iに示す。
接着試験(熱可塑性エラストマーとの接着)
熱可塑性エラストマーフィルム(厚さ200μm)を、表Iの配合の未加硫ゴムシート(厚さ2mm)に貼り合わせて160℃×20分で加硫し、幅25mm、長さ100mmの短冊状に切断した。この試料の熱可塑性エラストマーフィルムの中央部に幅方向にカット傷を入れた。これを上島製作所製デマッチャクラック試験機にて、チャック間60mmでストローク10mmの連続的な引張りひずみを50万回繰り返し与えた後、カット傷からのフィルムの剥がれを目視で観察し、以下の判定を下し、結果を表Iに示した。

例1〜8及び比較例1
熱可塑性エラストマーフィルムの調製
下記表IIに示す配合で以下のようにしてフィルムライナーを製造した。即ち、樹脂、ゴム材料及び動的架橋に必要な架橋系配合剤を2軸混練押出機にて混合し、連続相を成す熱可塑性樹脂中にゴムが微細に分散した状態となし、押出機の吐出口よりストランド状に押し出し、得られたストランドをカッターでペレット状に作成した。該ペレットをT−ダイ押出し成型にてシート状に加工した。また2層押出しT−ダイ押出し成型により、表IIIの配合の接着層との2層フィルムも作成した。
前記ライナーフィルム(100μm)を用いて、表IIIに示すような構成のインナーライナーを取付けた空気入りタイヤ(195/65R15タイヤ)を作製し、以下の方法で劣化(屋外での6ヶ月暴露)前後の状況を評価した。即ち、−20℃、空気圧1.2kgf/cm2、荷重5KNでドラム耐久試験後に保護層を溶剤(トルエン)を塗布しながら剥離し、クラック発生の有無を以下の基準で検査した。結果は表IIIに示す。
判定基準
A:クラックが全て5mm未満
B:5mm〜10mmのクラックが10個以下
C:5mm〜10mmのクラックが11個以上もしくは、10mmを越える長さのクラック発生
スプライス性判定試験
タイヤ製造用成型ドラムに表IVに示すような構成の予備積層ライナー部材を巻き付けて周方向長さが10mmで重ね合わせ(スプライス)、ステッチャーにて十分圧着し、以下の基準でスプライス性を判定した。結果は表IVに示す。
スプライス保持性判定試験
表IVに示すような構成の、50mm幅、100mm長さに切断した2つの予備積層ライナー部材を、10mm長さで部材の異なる面が重なる様に重ね合わせ、ステッチャーにて十分圧着した後、重ね合わせ部(スプライス部)が中央に来る様に160mm長さで延伸器にクランプし、1分間でクランプ間トータル距離を240mm(50%延伸)まで伸ばし以下の基準で評価した。結果は表IVに示す。
Claims (17)
- 熱可塑性樹脂マトリックス中にゴム成分が分散した熱可塑性エラストマーをインナーライナー層に用いた空気入りタイヤであって、前記インナーライナー層の表面を、エポキシ化天然ゴムを含んでなる保護層で被覆してなる空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記エポキシ化天然ゴムのエポキシ化率が25〜65%である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層のエポキシ化天然ゴムの含量が、ゴム成分100重量部に対し、10〜70重量部である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層の天然ゴム含量が、ゴム成分100重量部に対し、20〜90重量部である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層が粘着付与剤及びロジンオイルを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層の粘着付与剤が少なくともtert−ブチルフェノールとアセチレンとの縮合物を含む請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層が、ゴム成分100重量部に対し、tert−ブチルフェノールとアセチレンの縮合物3〜15重量部を含む請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層のロジンオイル含量が、ゴム成分100重量部に対し、3〜15重量部である請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層の内面を離型材層で更に被覆してなる請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記離型材層がメチルペンテンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート、ナイロン6、ナイロン66及びナイロン6/66共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 空気入りタイヤ製造の成型段階で、インナーライナー層及び保護層を含む積層体シート部材を用意し、このシート部材を成型ドラムに巻き付けてスプライスする方法を用いて製造した請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 空気入りタイヤ製造の成型段階で、インナーライナー層及び保護層並びに離型材層を含む積層体シート部材を用意し、このシート部材を成型ドラムに巻き付けてスプライスする方法を用いて製造した請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記積層体シート部材がゴム層と保護層との間にインナーライナー層がサンドイッチされた3層構造である請求項12に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記積層体シート部材の保護層とゴム層との組成が異なる請求項13に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記積層体シート部材がインナーライナー層とゴム層との間に両者を接着させる接着層を含む4層構造である請求項13又は14に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層とそのインナーライナー層の反対側に積層されたゴム層とを、その一部又は全部を異なる色に着色して、積層体シート部材の表裏識別を容易にした請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護層又はそのインナーライナー層の反対側に積層したゴム層の少なくとも一方の表面の一部又は全面に凹凸パターンを施して、積層体シート部材の表裏識別を容易にした請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
