Description
ここで、「自然流下」とは、圧力を負荷して注入するのではなく、重力によって生じる流動を利用してクラック開口部から内部へ自然に流入させることをいう。
〔配合材料〕
・非水硬性物質の粉体:石灰石を粉砕して得た粉末(炭酸カルシウム粉末)、75μmの篩を通過する粒子を70質量%以上含有するもの
・セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント
・水
・混和剤:減水剤
また、各混練物の固化体について一軸圧縮試験を行い、応力−ひずみ曲線から圧縮強度および破壊ひずみを求めた。
結果を表1に示す。図7には応力−ひずみ曲線として本件発明例No.4のものを例示する。
〔配合〕
・非水硬性物質の粉体:石灰石を粉砕して得た粉末(炭酸カルシウム粉末)、75μmの篩を通過する粒子を70質量%以上含有するもの、100質量部
・セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント、5質量部
・水:40質量部
・混和剤:コンクリート用減水剤、全体に占める質量割合で0.5質量%
・Pロート流下時間:10.5秒
・シリンダーフロー値:300mm以上
・ブリージング率(24時間):2%
・湿潤密度:1.80Mg/m3
・一軸圧縮試験(材令28日)
強度:200kPa、破壊ひずみ:4.5%
さらに、強度、破壊ひずみともに土質材料により近い特性を呈するものであり、十分な補修強度が得られる。
Claims (7)
- 石灰石粉100質量部に対し、セメント0.5〜40質量部を配合し、湿潤密度が1.6Mg/m3以上となるように水を加えて混練してなる、Pロート流下時間:15秒以下の特性を満たす自硬性の地中充填材。
- 混和剤10質量%以下を含有する請求項1に記載の地中充填材。
- シリンダーフロー値:250mm以上の特性を満たす請求項1または2に記載の地中充填材。
- 材令28日の一軸圧縮試験において破壊ひずみが3%以上となる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の地中充填材。
- 土構造物に生じたクラックを修復するに際し、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の地中充填材を前記クラックに自然流下で充填することを特徴とする土構造物の補修工法。
- 擁壁によって支持される土構造物において擁壁との境界に生じた空隙を修復するに際し、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の地中充填材を前記空隙に自然流下で充填することを特徴とする土構造物の補修工法。
- 埋設された構造物と土構造物の境界に生じた空隙を修復するに際し、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の地中充填材を前記空隙に充填することを特徴とする土構造物の補修工法。
