Description
キシレン90mlに、ポリエステル酸アマイドアミン塩(楠本化成製品ディスパロンDA-703-50;50%キシレン溶液)10mlを加え、この溶液に気相成長法多層カーボンナノチューブ(日機装製品;繊維径10〜30nm、平均繊維長1〜100μm)100mgを添加し、超音波ホモジナイザ(BRANSON SONIFIER 450)を用いて、出力300Wで12時間の照射分散処理を行い、多層カーボンナノチューブ分散液を得た。
実施例において、電極としてITO電極を用い、ミニクランプを用いて電極間距離が30mmになるように設置し、直流電場として200Vの電圧を10分間印加することにより、陽極材への製膜処理を行った。製膜後、ITO電極の表面(倍率6000倍)および断面(倍率10000倍)の走査型電子顕微鏡観察を行ったところ、図3〜4のSEM写真に示されるように、面配向した厚さ約4μmのカーボンナノチューブ薄膜が確認された。
Claims (8)
- カーボンナノチューブを、塩基性高分子型分散剤を添加した非プロトン溶媒中に分散させ、この分散液中で被被覆材を陽極として交流電場を適用し、陽極材表面にカーボンナノチューブ薄膜を形成せしめることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- 交流電場の適用が、電圧1〜200V、周波数0.1〜1000Hz、照射時間10〜1000分の条件下で行われる請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- 塩基性高分子型分散剤が、ポリエステル酸アマイドアミン塩である請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- 非プロトン溶媒が芳香族炭化水素溶媒である請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- 被被覆材陽極としてカーボンシート基材が用いられる請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- カーボンシートがカーボンペーパー、カーボン不織布またはカーボン織布である請求項5記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
- 被被覆材面に沿った面配向状態を低減し、ランダムに無配向している請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製造方法。
- 被被覆材陽極として燃料電池用の電極ガス拡散体基材またはセパレータ基材、帯電防止基材、電磁波シールド基材、リチウム電池電極基材、電界放出ディスプレー基材あるいは放熱基材が用いられる請求項1または7記載のカーボンナノチューブ薄膜の製膜方法。
