Claims (4)
- 軸部材と、該軸部材を回転支持する軸受スリーブとを備えた流体軸受装置において、
前記軸部材がSUSで形成され、
前記軸受スリーブが、純Cu粉末にNiを25wt%以上50wt%以下含むFe−Ni合金粉末と、SUS粉末とを配合した混合金属粉末を圧縮成形した後、焼結して得られたもので、
混合金属粉末のうち前記Fe−Ni合金粉末を除いた粉末が、純Cu粉末をベースとし、かつ残部がSUS粉末、Sn粉末、および黒鉛からなるものであって、混合金属粉末における純Cu粉末の割合が30wt%以上80wt%以下で、前記Fe−Ni合金粉末の割合が10wt%以上40wt%未満であることを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 前記Fe−Ni合金粉末は、Invar型合金粉末、あるいはSuper−Invar
型合金粉末である請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。 - 前記軸受スリーブの内周面に、動圧発生部が設けられた請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の流体軸受装置を備えたモータ。
