Description
The present invention relates to a jetty facility and a hydrocarbon recovery system.
For example, tankers and tank trucks that carry crude oil, various petroleum products, semi-finished products, etc. (hereinafter referred to as hydrocarbon oils) in tanks and transport them usually after unloading hydrocarbon oils for safety reasons. By introducing a gas mainly composed of carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide, the oxygen concentration in the tank is adjusted to a concentration outside the explosion range. When hydrocarbon oil is loaded again into this tank, the gas in the tank is discharged out of the tank.
The gas in such a tank usually contains several percent to several tens percent (volume basis) of hydrocarbon gas generated from the residue of the hydrocarbon oil transported immediately before. If such a hydrocarbon-containing gas is released into the atmosphere, it may cause environmental problems such as air pollution, and may be a safety problem. Moreover, burning these hydrocarbon-containing gases into the atmosphere not only wastes energy resources, but also increases emissions of air pollutants such as NOx.
In recent years, further improvement in safety has been demanded, and a jetty capable of safely transferring tanker exhaust gas is desired. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is provided with a loading arm that enables distribution of tanker exhaust gas, to provide a pier facility with reduced occurrence of trouble and improved reliability. Objective.
Further, in the prior art, devices for sucking tanker exhaust gas are respectively installed for a plurality of loading arms that can be connected to the tanker tank, so that reduction of the devices is required. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a hydrocarbon recovery system in which equipment reduction of suction means for sucking tanker exhaust gas discharged when crude oil and hydrocarbon oil are loaded is achieved. And
A pier facility according to the present invention is a pier facility that includes a loading arm that can be connected to a transport tank provided in a tanker and that can distribute a tanker exhaust gas discharged outside the transport tank. A detonation arrester that is provided in a pipe connected to the downstream side of the loading arm and prevents flame transmission, and an inert gas in the pipe. An inert gas injection means for enabling injection and an oxygen concentration meter capable of detecting the oxygen concentration in the pipe are provided.
According to such a pier facility, a valve that can be opened and closed is provided at the upstream end of the loading arm, so that the valve can be closed when not connected to the tanker tank. Inflow of outside air into the loading arm can be prevented. In addition, because it is equipped with inert gas injection means, it is possible to adjust the internal oxygen concentration by injecting inert gas into the piping, reducing the possibility of fire and explosion troubles. be able to. In addition, before starting operation (before transferring tanker exhaust gas), the valve is closed, and an inert gas is injected to reduce the oxygen concentration, thereby preventing troubles in which the oximeter reacts sensitively immediately after the start of operation. It is possible to improve the reliability of the equipment. In addition, since the detonation arrester is provided, it is possible to prevent the flame from being transmitted, and it is possible to prevent troubles such as fire and explosion from expanding.
Moreover, it is preferable to provide the oxygen concentration control apparatus which controls the oxygen concentration in piping, increasing the injection amount of an inert gas based on the oxygen concentration detected by the oxygen concentration meter. As a result, by increasing the injection amount of the inert gas based on the detected oxygen concentration, the oxygen concentration in the pipe can be adjusted to bring the oxygen concentration below the lower explosion limit, such as fire, explosion, etc. The occurrence of troubles can be suitably prevented. Moreover, the pier installation of this invention is good also as a structure further provided with the compressor connected to the downstream of piping and sucking tanker exhaust gas.
Further, the hydrocarbon recovery system according to the present invention is installed in a shipping facility equipped with a plurality of jetties, and when loading crude oil into a transport tank provided in the tanker, the tanker exhaust gas discharged outside the transport tank A hydrocarbon recovery system for recovering hydrocarbon compounds from a plurality of loading arms installed on a plurality of piers, connected to a transport tank and capable of circulating tanker exhaust gas, and a plurality of loading arms A plurality of pipes each connected to the downstream side and capable of circulating the tanker exhaust gas, a collecting pipe for collecting the tanker exhaust gas flowing through the plurality of pipes, and connected to the downstream side of the collecting pipe for sucking the tanker exhaust gas The tanker is supplied with a suction means and an absorption liquid that is supplied with the tanker exhaust gas sucked by the suction means and absorbs the hydrocarbon compound in the tanker exhaust gas. It is characterized in that it comprises a hydrocarbon recovery unit for recovering hydrocarbon compounds in the exhaust gas.
According to such a hydrocarbon recovery system, a collecting pipe that collects the tanker exhaust gas that has circulated in a plurality of pipes is provided, and suction means for sucking the tanker exhaust gas is installed on the downstream side of the collecting pipe. Therefore, it is not necessary to install suction means for each of the plurality of transport tanks that are the discharge source of the tanker exhaust gas, and the number of suction means installed can be reduced.
Further, the apparatus further includes an inert gas injection means that allows the inert gas to be injected into the pipe, the suction means is a compressor that compresses the tanker exhaust gas, and the hydrocarbon recovery unit uses crude oil as the absorbing liquid. It is preferable to recover the hydrocarbon compound in the tanker exhaust gas. Thereby, since the inert gas injection | pouring means which enables injection | pouring of inert gas in the piping is provided, an inert gas can be inject | poured and oxygen concentration can be adjusted. Therefore, the oxygen concentration can be lowered below the lower limit of explosion. As a result, the tanker exhaust gas can be safely sucked using the compressor.
In addition, the hydrocarbon recovery system according to the present invention is installed in a shipping facility equipped with a plurality of jetties, and when the hydrocarbon oil is loaded into the transport tank provided in the tanker, the tanker discharged outside the transport tank A hydrocarbon recovery system for recovering hydrocarbon compounds from exhaust gas, a plurality of loading arms installed on a plurality of piers, connected to a transport tank, and capable of circulating tanker exhaust gas, and a plurality of loadings A plurality of pipes each connected to the downstream side of the arm and capable of circulating the tanker exhaust gas; a collecting pipe for collecting the tanker exhaust gas flowing through the plurality of pipes; and a tanker exhaust gas connected to the downstream side of the collecting pipe A suction means for sucking, and a tanker exhaust gas sucked by the suction means is supplied, and an absorbent that absorbs the hydrocarbon compound in the tanker exhaust gas is used. It is characterized in that it comprises a hydrocarbon recovery unit for recovering hydrocarbon compounds anchors exhaust gas.
According to the pier facility of the present invention, it is possible to provide a loading arm that enables the distribution of the tanker exhaust gas, reduce the occurrence of trouble, and improve the reliability.
Moreover, according to the hydrocarbon recovery system of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the number of suction means for sucking the tanker exhaust gas discharged when crude oil is loaded.

The
The
The
A normal on-off valve can be used as the
A pipe L30 is connected downstream of the
The
As the high-
The inert gas injection means 46 has an inert
A
A

The
As shown in FIG. 1, the collecting pipe L32 collects a plurality of pipes L30. The plurality of pipes L30 are collected by a collecting pipe L32 and connected to the

In addition, a
As the
The

As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The contact method between the compressed product and the absorbing hydrocarbon oil is preferably countercurrent contact from the viewpoint of improving the amount of the hydrocarbon compound absorbed by the absorbing hydrocarbon oil. Normally, the compressed product contains an inorganic gas, and most of the inorganic gas is discharged as an unabsorbed gas, but some of the inorganic gas may be contained in the absorbing liquid at a saturated concentration.
As the hydrocarbon oil for absorption, various hydrocarbon oils that absorb hydrocarbon compounds, such as crude oil, various petroleum products, semi-finished products, and the like can be used. In this embodiment, crude oil is used. Crude oil can be preferably used because it is easily obtained and procured and has excellent energy efficiency. In other words, it is difficult to arrange petroleum products and semi-finished products at crude oil export bases, stockpiling bases, relay bases, etc., but crude oil can be easily arranged. In addition, the absorbing hydrocarbon oil needs to be refined in order to produce a product or a semi-finished product after absorbing the hydrocarbon compound, but if a refined petroleum product or semi-finished product is used as the absorbing hydrocarbon oil, This is not preferable in terms of energy efficiency because a purification process is required again. In this embodiment, since crude oil is used as the hydrocarbon oil for absorption and the redundant refining process is avoided, the energy efficiency is excellent.
The

The gas-liquid ratio (volume of absorbing hydrocarbon oil at 15 ° C./volume of compressed product in standard state (0 ° C., 1 atm)) is preferably 10 to 200 L / Nm 3 , and 12 to 180 L / Nm. 3 is more preferable, and 15 to 150 L / Nm 3 is particularly preferable. When the gas-liquid ratio is less than 10 L / Nm 3 , the amount of hydrocarbon compound absorbed by the absorbing hydrocarbon oil tends to decrease. On the other hand, when the gas-liquid ratio exceeds 200 L / Nm 3 , the construction cost of the

FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a preferred embodiment of the deaeration tower of the present invention. The
The pressure P3 in the
The
The recovered liquid transferred downward by the
A pressure regulating valve 144 is provided in the pipe L16 connected to the top of the
The pipe L16 connected to the
On the other hand, the pipe L17 connected to the
When a tank storing Middle East crude oil is used as the
Next, the operation of the
When crude oil (hydrocarbon oil) is loaded into the
The pressure of the tanker exhaust gas flowing through the pipe L30 is detected by the
Further, the oxygen concentration of the tanker exhaust gas flowing through the pipe L30 is measured by the
For example, when the measured value by the
Further, since the detonation arrester is provided in the pipe L30, it is possible to prevent the transmission of flames and to prevent the expansion of troubles such as fires and explosions.
Further, after the operation is stopped, the
Moreover, according to such a hydrocarbon recovery system, the compressor which is provided with the collection pipe L32 which collects the tanker exhaust gas which distribute | circulated the some piping L30, and sucks tanker exhaust gas to the downstream of this collection pipe L32 Since 12 is installed, there is no need to install suction means for each of the plurality of loading arms, and the number of
As mentioned above, although this invention was concretely demonstrated based on the embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment.
