Description
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、以下のように種々変形可能である。
22’…非加熱用仕切部材、22a…PTC素子、22b…貫通穴、
23…熱交換フィン、24…樹脂ダミー、24a…外枠部、24b…柱部、
25a…熱交換用空気通路、25b…非熱交換用空気通路。
Claims (7)
- 予め定めた間隔で配置される一対のフレーム部材(21)と、
前記一対のフレーム部材(21)間に形成される空間を仕切る複数の仕切部材(22、22’)と、
通電により発熱する通電発熱部材(22a)と、
前記通電発熱部材(22a)と空気との熱交換を促進させる金属の熱交換部材(23)とを備え、
前記仕切部材(22、22’)には、前記通電発熱部材(22a)が固定された加熱用仕切部材(22)および前記通電発熱部材(22a)が固定されていない非加熱用仕切部材(22’)が設けられ、
前記非加熱用仕切部材(22’)は、前記加熱用仕切部材(22)から所定間隔を隔てて配置された少なくとも2枚の非加熱用仕切部材(22’)を有しており、
隣り合う前記仕切部材(22、22’)同士の間および前記フレーム部材(21)と前記仕切部材(22、22’)との間には、前記空気が通過する空気通路(25a、25b)が形成され、
前記空気通路(25a、25b)には、前記加熱用仕切部材(22)に隣接する熱交換用空気通路(25a)および前記少なくとも2枚の非加熱用仕切部材(22’)同士に挟まれた非熱交換空気通路(25b)が設けられ、
前記熱交換部材(23)は、前記空気通路(25a、25b)のうち、前記熱交換用空気通路(25a)のみに配置されていることを特徴とする電気ヒータ。 - 前記加熱用仕切部材(22)および前記非加熱用仕切部材(22’)は、前記通電発熱部材(22a)固定用の固定部(22b)を有する同一形状の板状部材で構成されており、
前記加熱用仕切部材(22)は、前記固定部(22b)に前記通電発熱部材(22a)を固定することによって、構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気ヒータ。 - 前記非熱交換用空気通路(25b)には、前記非熱交換用空気通路(25b)に前記空気が通過する際に通風抵抗を生じさせる通風抵抗形成部材(24)が配置されており、
前記通風抵抗形成部材(24)は、前記非熱交換用空気通路(25b)の通風抵抗が、前記非熱交換用空気通路(25b)に前記熱交換部材(23)を配置した際の通風抵抗と等しくなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気ヒータ。 - 前記通風抵抗形成部材(24)は、前記非熱交換用空気通路(25b)の内周に沿って形成された外枠部(24a)および前記外枠部(24a)間に配置される柱部(24b)を有し、梯子状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記通風抵抗形成部材(24)は、樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記通電発熱部材はPTC素子(22a)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の電気ヒータ。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の電気ヒータ(20)を備えることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
