Description
Claims (8)
- 高剛性を有しかつ非磁性を含む難磁性を有する長尺の剛体軸部と、該剛体軸部の長手方向に一様に一体に層状に配設された磁性体部とからなる磁気スケール体であって、
前記磁性体部は、長手方向直角の断面積比較で前記剛体軸部より小でかつ表面の一部に固着されスケール磁化されてなり、該磁性体部の長手方向の直角断面の周方向の両サイドの前記剛体軸部への接合面が、前記表面に対して該両サイドの接合面間の中心線と平行な内外方向でアンダーカット構造になっていることを特徴とする磁気スケール体。 - 高剛性を有しかつ高透磁率を有する長尺の剛体軸部と、該剛体軸部の長手方向に一様に一体に層状に配設された磁性体部とからなる磁気スケール体であって、
前記磁性体部は、長手方向直角の断面積比較で前記剛体軸部より小でかつ表面の一部に固着されスケール磁化されてなり、該磁性体部の長手方向の直角断面の周方向の両サイドの前記剛体軸部への接合面が、前記表面に対して該両サイドの接合面間の中心線と平行な内外方向でアンダーカット構造になっていることを特徴とする磁気スケール体。 - 前記磁性体部は合金系永久磁石用磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の磁気スケール体。
- 前記磁性体部は銅ニッケル鉄の合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の磁気スケール体。
- 前記剛体軸部が金属または高強度な樹脂で形成され、前記磁性体部が樹脂混合磁石であり、該剛体軸部に対して該磁性体部をインサート成形して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気スケール体。
- 前記剛体軸部が金属または高透磁率材料を混合した高強度な樹脂で形成され、前記磁性体部が樹脂混合磁石であり、該剛体軸部に対して該磁性体部をインサート成形して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁気スケール体。
- 前記剛体軸部が前記高強度な樹脂であって、前記磁性体部を1次成形し、該磁性体部に対して前記剛体軸部を2次成形したことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の磁気スケール体。
- 前記磁性体部の層状厚さは、0.1mm〜1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の磁気スケール体。
