第1の実施形態乃至第4の実施形態に係る熱間圧延装置において、誘導加熱機2aは、図2に示したように、トンネル形状に形成されたインダクタ8を備える構成としたが、本発明に係る熱間圧延装置はこの構成に限らない。
Claims (4)
- 加熱コイルにより形成されるインダクタを備え、この加熱コイルを通電することにより搬送される被加熱材を誘導加熱する誘導加熱手段と、
上下方向及び前記被加熱材の幅方向に移動するアーム、及び前記アームに取り付けられたバーナを備え、前記誘導加熱手段により誘導加熱された被加熱材に形状不良が生じた場合に、前記アームを上下方向及び前記被加熱材の幅方向に移動しながら前記バーナから火炎を放出することにより、前記形状不良の被加熱材を前記誘導加熱手段の入側又は出側のうち少なくともいずれか一方で切断する材料切断手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする熱間圧延装置。 - 前記誘導加熱手段は、
搬送される被加熱材の周りを幅方向に周回するように加熱コイルを配置したインダクタ、又はこの被加熱材の上面側に加熱コイルを配置した上部インダクタ及びこの被加熱材の下面側に加熱コイルを配置した下部インダクタを有し、
外部から受け付けた操作信号に基づいて駆動する第1のモータと、
前記第1のモータの動力により前記誘導加熱手段の前記インダクタ、前記上部インダクタ、又は前記下部インダクタを昇降させる第1のジャッキと
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱間圧延装置。 - 前記誘導加熱手段の入側及び/又は出側に設置され、
前記被加熱材の下面側に設置された搬送ローラが前記被加熱材の下面に接しながら正回転することによって前記被加熱材を前記材料切断手段側へ搬送し、又は前記搬送ローラが前記被加熱材の下面に接しながら逆回転することによって前記被加熱材を逆搬送する搬送手段と
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱間圧延装置。 - 外部から受け付けた操作信号に基づいて駆動する第2のモータと、
前記第2のモータの動力により前記搬送ローラを昇降させる第2のジャッキと
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱間圧延装置。
