Description
The present invention relates to a crane that transports containers in a container yard of a harbor where a large number of box-shaped containers are installed, for example.
各レーンには、レーンを跨ぐように、RTG(Rubber Tire Gantry crane)等の自走式の門型クレーンが配置されている。 In a container yard such as a harbor, a number of containers before being loaded onto a ship and containers unloaded from the ship are installed. These containers are a plurality of stacked containers stacked upward, and each stacked container is arranged for each lane according to a predetermined arrangement. In each lane, a self-propelled portal crane such as an RTG (Rubber Tire Gantry crane) is arranged so as to straddle the lane. By this portal crane, the container is transferred to and from the trailer traveling in the lane, and the container is installed in the lane.
When a suspended crane is placed on an installed container or on the ground that is stacked on the yard, the gate type crane is inclined in the trim direction, for example, and one end (one side) of the lower surface is first tilted. Abut on the installation container or on the ground, and then abut the entire lower surface to land the suspended container. Conventionally, the fact that the entire bottom surface of the suspended container has landed is detected by a landing sensor (see Patent Document 1).
However, since the conventional landing sensor is judged to have landed when the four corners of the lower surface of the suspended container are in contact, the state where the suspended container is tilted and one end is in contact is determined by the landing sensor. It is not supposed to detect. In reality, the current situation relies on operator insight and intuition based on experience. In this case, if an overcrowding schedule more than ever is required, there is a possibility that the container can not be accurately and reliably landed.
This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the crane which can land a container correctly.
In order to solve the above problems, the crane of the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the crane according to the present invention is a crane for placing a suspended container suspended from a trolley on an upper surface of an installation container installed below or on the ground, and one end of the lower surface of the suspended container is the installation container. Or, the container contact detector that detects contact with the ground is different from the container contact detector that detects that all of the bottom four corners of the suspended container are contacted with the installation container or the ground. And a landing detector .
The suspended container is lowered, for example, in the trim direction, and first, one end of the lower surface of the suspended container is brought into contact with the upper surface of the installation container or the ground. After confirming this contact, the suspended container is further lowered, and finally the suspended container is landed on the installation container or on the ground. In the present invention, the container contact detector detects that one end of the lower surface of the suspended container is in contact with the installation container or the ground. Thereby, the contact of one end of the suspended container can be recognized, and the suspended container can be easily placed without depending on the experience and intuition of the operator.
The “container contact detector” of the present invention detects that one end of the suspended container is in contact with the installation container or the ground. In this respect, the entire lower surface of the suspended container is in contact. It is different from the landing detector that detects the landing.
Further, if an indicator such as a lamp for displaying the output of the container contact detector is provided in the vicinity of the operator, the operator can surely recognize it.
Further, the container contact detector is a vibration detector, and is provided on a hanging tool that holds the suspended container, and the vibration detector outputs a landing signal output from the landing detector. Before, it is detected that one end of the lower surface of the suspended container is in contact with the installation container or the ground.
When one end of the lower surface of the suspended container comes into contact with the installation container or the ground, high-frequency vibration of about 2 Hz, for example, is generated. This high frequency vibration is detected by a container contact detector which is a vibration detector. In addition, the container contact detector is provided on the hanging tool, and the vibration is detected accurately by bringing the container contact detector close to the vibration generation source.
For example, an inclinometer or an acceleration watch is used as the vibration detector.
Furthermore, the crane according to the present invention is characterized in that when the container contact detector detects the contact of the suspended container with the installed container, the crane is prohibited from moving in the horizontal direction.
If the suspended container is moved in the horizontal direction to position the suspended container in a state where the suspended container is in contact with the installed container, the installed container is similarly dragged in the horizontal direction. If stacked, the stacked container may fall over. Therefore, in the present invention, when the container contact detector detects the contact of the suspended container, the horizontal movement of the suspended container is prohibited. When positioning the suspended container, the suspended container is raised again and then positioned.
Since the vibration detector can recognize the contact of the lower end of the suspended container, the suspended container can be reliably landed without depending on the experience and intuition of the operator. As a result, accurate landing can be realized, and as a result, cargo handling efficiency can be improved.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a crane 1 according to this embodiment.
The crane 1 is a so-called RTG (Rubber Tire Gantry crane), and is a portal crane that is self-propelled by a plurality of
The crane 1 includes four
The

A
The crane 1 having the above-described configuration performs landing of the suspended container C1 as follows.
In a state where the suspended container C1 is gripped by the
The contact of the lower end of the suspended container C1 is detected by the
In the driver's
Then, the suspended container C1 is further lowered, the entire lower surface of the suspended container C1 is placed on the upper surface of the installation container C2, and the landing is completed.

FIG. 4C shows that the lamp display signal is output at time t2 immediately after the bottom end of the suspended container C1 comes into contact at time t1. Then, the landing signal is output about 0.7 seconds after time t2. After the landing signal, the suspended container C1 has completely landed on the installation container C2. In this way, the lamp display signal is output immediately after one end of the lower surface of the hanging container C1 comes into contact with it, and is output prior to the landing signal. Therefore, the hanging container C1 that cannot be obtained by the landing signal. It is possible to detect abutment of one end of the lower surface by lamp display.
As described above, according to the crane 1 of the present embodiment, since the
Note that the detection signal of the contact of the lower end of the suspended container C1 can also be applied to automatic operation in which the suspended container C1 is automatically landed. That is, when the contact of one end of the lower surface of the suspended container C1 is detected, control for prohibiting the horizontal movement of the suspended container C1 is added. By performing such control, when the suspended container C1 is moved in the horizontal direction in order to position the suspended container C1 while the suspended container C1 is in contact with the installation container C2, the suspended container C1 is suspended. It is possible to avoid a situation in which the installation container C2 is dragged in the horizontal direction together with the container C1 and the stacked installation container C2 falls.
When positioning the suspended container C <b> 1 by automatic operation, the suspended container C <b> 1 is raised again to release the contact state, and then the positioning is performed.
In the embodiment described above, the case where the suspended container C1 is placed on the installation container C2 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and can also be applied to the case where the suspended container is placed on the ground. .
