Claims (1)
- 被冷却物を冷却する冷却室を形成して、当該冷却室に冷却流体を供給する冷却流体供給管を接続すると共に、冷却室を吸引手段と接続したものにおいて、冷却室の外表面に螺旋状の凹部を形成し、当該冷却室の外表面の接線方向に冷却流体を噴霧する冷却流体噴霧ノズルを取り付けて、当該冷却流体噴霧ノズルから噴霧された噴霧流体が集合して液滴状になった冷却流体の流れを、冷却室表面の噴霧部分から反らす冷却流体反らし部を取り付けて、当該冷却流体反らし部を、螺旋状の凹部の一部を中断し、且つ、上下方向に一直線上に配置し、当該冷却流体反らし部から冷却流体が下方へ流下することにより、冷却流体供給管の噴霧部分から冷却流体を反らすことを特徴とする気化冷却装置。
