Claims (9)
- 第1及び第2のチューブ(3、5)について、公差を補償できるように関節で接続するための接続部材(1)であって、
第1のチューブ(3)の管端(2)と第2のチューブ(5)の管端(4)との間隔(40)が、封止機構(6)によって囲まれ、両方の管端(2、4)の各々が、支持リング(14、15)を有し、該支持リング(14、15)が前記封止機構(6)の外部に配置した2つ以上の接続手段によって互いに接続されており、
前記封止機構(6)は、中央部材(13、59)によって接続された2つ以上の金属ベロー(7、8)で形成され、
前記中央部材(13、59)が環状に設計されるとともに、その両側には少なくとも一部において周縁に沿った端縁部(47、48、60)を有し、該端縁部がチューブ(3、5)の内部領域(53、54)へと延びる、ことを特徴とする接続部材(1)。 - 前記接続手段は、少なくともその一部が可撓性をもつように設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 前記接続手段は、前記支持リング(14、15)の周面(16、17)の領域において、均等に離間して配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 前記支持リング(14、15)の間にある前記接続手段が、第1のチューブ(3)の長手方向の軸(45)及び第2のチューブ(5)の長手方向の軸(46)に対して平行に延びる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 前記接続手段が、前記支持リング(14、15)に固定可能な始端接続具(25、26)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 始端接続具(25、26)が、前記間隔(40)の寸法を調整するための調整手段(27、28)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 前記接続手段は、前記第1及び第2のチューブ(3、5)の間の相対運動を補償するために前記支持リング(14、15)において変位可能に受け入れられる終端接続具(29、30)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 終端接続具(29、30)が停止手段(31、32)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
- 前記接続手段が柔軟な鋼索(22、23)で形成された、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材(1)。
