Description
Claims (19)
- 内燃機関用燃料噴射装置であって、燃料高圧源と内燃機関のシリンダ燃焼室に向けて噴射する噴射インゼクタと高圧源から噴射インゼクタに至る燃料供給管路中に設けられる弁とを有し、この弁がインゼクタの噴射時間範囲内に調節機構を介して開放に切り換えられており、弁の流出側で故障に起因して圧力降下が現れると弁の弁体が閉鎖位置を占め、かつこの閉鎖位置のとき、弁の弁体(23)は、弁の流入側と流出側との間に生じた差圧に相応する力によって押圧されているものにおいて、弁体(23)の開放方向における調節機構(25)の調節力は、弁(14)の閉鎖位置において、故障に起因する差圧に依存して弁体が付勢されるとき弁体を開放方向に変位させるのに必要な力よりも小さいことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。
- 調節機構(25)の調節力は、噴射インゼクタ(7)の動作に故障がなくかつ噴射インゼクタ(7)が停止されるとき弁(14)の弁体(23)で有効な圧力差に一致した閉鎖力よりも安全閾値だけ大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁体(23)が閉鎖位置の方向にばねで付勢されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁(14)の弁体(23)はその開放位置のとき流れに起因した力でその閉鎖位置の方向に付勢されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 開放位置にある弁体(23)が調節機構(25)の調節力を介してその閉鎖位置の方向に変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁(14)用調節機構(25)が電気操作式調節機構として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁(14)用調節機構(25)が磁気式調節機構として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ハウジング穴(30)で案内された弁体(23)が、アーマチャ(34)として構成される長手領域を有し、この長手領域が、ハウジング側で取り囲むソレノイドコイル(35)に対する部分的重なり領域にあり、ソレノイドコイル(35)とアーマチャ(34)との間の領域(45)ではハウジングが非磁性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ハウジング穴(30)が流通方向において座面(32)となって成端し、アーマチャ(34)は座面(32)に付設された弁円錐体(33)を担持しており、この弁円錐体が非磁性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の燃料噴射装置。
- アーマチャ(34)が中空柄として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の燃料噴射装置。
- アーマチャ(34)が中心で流通させ、弁円錐体(33)が外側で溢流させることを特徴とする、請求項9または10記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料インゼクタ(7)と、このインゼクタ(7)に至る燃料供給管路(11)中に設けられる弁(14)の調節機構(25)が、同じ時間範囲内で、通電され、故障のない動作のとき開放に切り換えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記燃料インゼクタ(7)及び前記調節機構(25)が同時に通電される請求項12記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料インゼクタ(7)に通じる側の上流側の弁に、絞り溢流可能な流量制限弁(50)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 漏れのある作動様式に合せて構造上設計された燃料インゼクタ(7)の場合、このインゼクタ(7)の流入側で上流側に設けられた弁(14)に至るパイパス中に蓄積ユニット(60)が設けられており、この蓄積ユニットの貯蔵容積が弁(14)の流出側に向かって開放され、かつ蓄積ユニット(60)の接続口を介して、弁(14)に至る流入側へと圧力付加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 蓄積ユニット(60)が、密封案内されて蓄積容積を流入側に対して摺動可能に限定する弁ピストン(63)用の受容室を有することを特徴とする、請求項15記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁ピストン(63)が流入側接続口(64)の方向にばねで付勢され、また反対側の遮断する止め位置の方向に圧力付加されて摺動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 蓄積容積(60)が安全マージンをもって噴射インゼクタ(7)の最大噴射容積に一致していることを特徴とする、請求項16または17記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 弁(14)に対する流入側でこの弁と蓄積機構(60)へのバイパス分岐との上流側に、絞り溢流可能な流量制限弁(50)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項15記載の燃料噴射装置。
