Claims (3)
- 帯状の集電体上に活物質層を形成した正極電極と負極電極とをセパレータを介して対向させ積層した電池要素を内包し外装フィルムで被装され、前記外装フィルムの外縁部には融着により帯状の外縁融着部が形成されたフィルム外装型電池において、前記外縁融着部の一部には、線状の融着部が交叉するように形成されたメッシュ状の封止部からなる安全弁部が形成され、
前記線状の融着部の幅は前記外縁融着部の融着幅の1/4〜1/6であることを特徴とするフィルム外装型電池。 - 帯状の集電体上に活物質層を形成した正極電極と負極電極とをセパレータを介して対向させ積層した電池要素を内包し外装フィルムで被装され、前記外装フィルムの外縁部には融着により帯状の外縁融着部が形成されたフィルム外装型電池において、前記外縁融着部の一部には、融着部と非融着部とが交互にストライプ状に形成された封止部からなる安全弁部が形成され、
前記安全弁部での融着部の1本の幅は、前記外縁融着部の融着幅の1/5〜1/10であることを特徴とするフィルム外装型電池。 - 前記外縁融着部の内周の一部分には非融着部が形成されるように前記安全弁部の融着部の最も内部側の1本での内側の端は前記外縁融着部の内周よりも外側にあり、前記安全弁部の融着部の最も外部側の1本での外側の端は前記外縁融着部の外周と同一線上にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルム外装型電池。
