Description
Claims (2)
- リベットを保持するヘッド部品、リベットを把持するかつ/または引っ張るデバイス、および該把持するかつ/または引っ張るデバイスに連結される引っ張り装置を備える取り付け工具であって、
取り付け動作中に生じる可変値を測定する手段と、
前記測定値を記憶値と比較するデバイスと、
記憶値との測定値の偏差について、記憶された原因のセットから欠陥の原因を判断するデバイスと
を備え、前記取り付け工具の前記ヘッド部品に配置された少なくとも3つのセンサにより前記取り付け工具が設置されている表面に対する角度を測定し、前記3つのセンサは、前記ヘッドの調整ナットの周りに嵌められており、前記リベットに対して前記取り付け工具が正しい角度にある場合にのみ、前記リベットが設置されている表面と接触する取り付け工具。 - 請求項1に記載の取り付け工具のためのリベットを監視する方法であって、前記リベットに張力が加えられ、前記リベットの長さの変化が測定され、所望値と比較され、所定の許容誤差帯域内にあるリベットは恒久的にマーキングされる、リベットを監視する方法。
