Claims (8)
- 液状薬剤を取り込みかつ放出するための液状薬剤を含む容器(1’)であって、該容器(1’)は、その容積が5mL未満であり、前記液状薬剤を放出するための開口(4)を除いて密封される押出しチューブ形で一体式のケーシング(6,6’)を備え、前記容器(1’)は、前記液状薬剤の放出が前記ケーシング(6,6’)の少なくとも一部分の変形により実行されるように設計され、前記容器は前記開口(4)の部分において中空針(9)を備え、該中空針(9)は前記ケーシング(6,6’)と一体式に製造され、前記容器の前記ケーシング(6,6’)は部分的に弾性があるように設計され、前記容器(1’)は、前記液状薬剤の放出が前記ケーシング(6,6’)の少なくとも外側の一部分にかかる圧力によって所定の曲り以上に曲げられて前記ケーシングの上半分がジャンピング・ジャックの原理に従って弾性的に内側へジャンプし、この内側へ向いたばね作用がケーシング6’内に保持される液状薬剤に対して押し退け効果を発生させて達成されるように、または少なくともトリガされるように構成され、前記容器は親指で1回前記圧力をかけて排出され得るように設計されたことを特徴とする容器(1’)。
- 前記針は、投与デバイスとしての点滴針または注射針(9)である、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記容器(1’)は、前記薬剤放出のトリガの後、前記薬剤の放出が独立して継続されるように構成される請求項1または2記載の容器(1’)。
- 前記容器(1’)は合成物質から成り、特に、ポリプロピレン、LDPEのようなPEまたはPETから成る請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の容器(1’)。
- 前記容器(1’)はラミネート状である請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の容器(1’)。
- 前記容器(1’)は少なくとも部分的に透明であるように設計される請求項請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の容器(1’)。
- 前記容器(1’)は部分的にコーティングされる請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の容器(1’)。
- 前記容器が親指で1回圧力をかけて排出される薬剤の点滴または注射を目的とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の容器の使用。
