Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載した形式の液状の還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンクに関する。
発明の利点
還元剤、特に内燃機関の排ガスからの窒素酸化物を還元して窒素と水とを形成するための液状の還元剤を貯蔵するための本発明により形成されたタンクは、外側容器を有しており、この外側容器内には内側容器が収容されている。この内側容器は、外側容器の軸線に対して軸方向に移動可能な支承装置で外側容器内に収容されている。この場合、内側容器は、支承装置での内側容器の移動によって、外側容器内の体積が変化させられるように支承されている。
本発明の実施例を図面に示し、以下に詳しく説明する。
図1には還元剤の貯蔵のためのタンクが示されている。タンク1は外側容器3を有しており、この外側容器3内には内側容器5が収容されている。この内側容器5は、例えば結合エレメントによって外側容器3に固定される。適切な結合エレメントは、例えば結合ナットである。しかし、当業者に知られているその他のあらゆる固定可能性も可能である。内側容器5は圧送モジュール7に結合されている。この圧送モジュール7は、例えば圧送ポンプを有しており、この圧送ポンプによって還元剤が内側容器5から圧送され得る。さらに、圧送モジュール7は加熱エレメント9に接続されている。還元剤が凍結している場合、この加熱エレメント9によって内側容器5内の還元剤が融解され得る。加熱エレメント9は、有利には取出し管路11を取り囲むように形成されている。加熱エレメント9による取出し管路11の取り囲みによって、取出し管路11内に存在しかつ凍結している還元剤がまず融解される。取出し管路11は、圧送モジュール7内に収容されている圧送ポンプ13に接続されている。
Claims (9)
- 還元剤、特に内燃機関の排ガスからの窒素酸化物を還元して窒素と水とを形成するための液状の還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンクであって、当該タンクが外側容器(3)を有しており、該外側容器(3)内に内側容器(5)が収容されている形式のものにおいて、内側容器(5)が、外側容器(3)の軸線(37)に対して軸方向に移動可能な支承装置(35)で外側容器(3)内に収容されており、支承装置(35)での内側容器(5)の移動によって、外側容器(3)内の体積が変化させられるように内側容器(5)が支承されており、内側容器(5)が外側容器(3)を越えて突出するように、内側容器(5)が、外側容器(3)に設けられた開口部(54)内に収容されていることを特徴とする、還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンク。
- 内側容器(5)と外側容器(3)との間にばねエレメント(39)が取り付けられている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- ばねエレメント(39)が、一方の側で内側容器(5)の底部(41)に支持されていて、他方の側で外側容器(3)の底部(43)に支持されている、請求項2記載のタンク。
- ばねエレメント(39)がエラストマから製造されている、請求項2または3記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(5)に肩部(53)が形成されており、該肩部(53)に、外側容器(3)に摩擦接続的にまたは形状接続的に結合されている結合エレメント(47)が作用している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(5)と外側容器(3)との間で、内側容器(5)が外側容器(3)を越えて突出する軸方向の支承装置の領域に、弾性的なシールエレメント(55)が収容されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(5)が、圧送モジュール(7)に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のタンク
- 圧送モジュール(7)が、外側容器(3)の外部に位置決めされているように内側容器(5)に結合されている、請求項7記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(5)内に加熱エレメント(9)が収容されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
