Claims (4)
- 内燃機関のエンジンから出る排気ガス流を膨張するためのタービンと、内燃機関のエンジンに供給すべき燃焼空気流を圧縮するための圧縮機とを備え、タービン内で膨張すべき排気ガス流をタービンロータに導入するために、タービンが入口室(10)を有し、タービンロータがタービン円板と複数の動翼を有している内燃機関の排気駆動過給機であって、タービンロータのタービン円板に冷却空気を導くために、入口室(10)に冷却空気用配管(16)が組み入れられている排気駆動過給機において、
前記タービンロータのタービン円板が膨張すべき排気ガス流に対してバルブ状デフレクタ(13)によって分離され、そのバルブ状デフレクタ(13)が、膨張すべき排気ガス流をタービンロータの動翼に向けて導くものとし、
前記配管(16)が入口区域(17)と吹出し区域(18)とを有し、その吹出し区域(18)が入口室(10)の長手軸線(19)に対してほぼ平行に、ないしタービンロータの回転軸線に対してほぼ平行に延びており、
前記配管(16)の吹出し区域(18)が一方ではバルブ状デフレクタ(13)に、他方では保持板(22)に支持され、この保持板(22)が、バルブ状デフレクタ(13)の下流側端でバルブ状デフレクタ(13)に結合され、バルブ状デフレクタ(13)で囲い込まれた空洞(15)をタービンロータのタービン円板に対して分離していることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気駆動過給機。 - 配管(16)が冷却流をタービンロータのタービン円板の高温側面ないし上流側面に向けていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気駆動過給機。
- エンジンに供給すべきインタクーラで冷却された燃焼空気の一部をタービンロータのタービン円板にそれを冷却すべく導くために、配管(16)がインタクーラに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気駆動過給機。
- 冷却空気用配管(16)内の圧力がセンサによって検出され、圧力限界値を下回っている際、調整装置が内燃機関の荷重低減を開始させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の排気駆動過給機。
