Description
【0001】
例えば、LV(空塔線速度)=40m/h×8分。
【0040】
本実施形態においては、凝集剤としてPAC(有効成分Al2O3を10%含む液体)を利用し、その添加量を40〜80mg/Lとする。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a filtration treatment method in which agglomeration treatment with an addition of a flocculant is performed, and then agglomeration treated water is passed through a filter medium layer to perform a filtration treatment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of producing purified water or industrial water using river water or the like as raw water, or in wastewater treatment or the like, coagulation sedimentation treatment and filtration treatment are widely used for separation of suspended substances. That is, in the coagulation sedimentation treatment, first, an aluminum-based coagulant or the like is added to and mixed with the raw water to make the suspended substances in the raw water coarse. And this coarse floc is introduce | transduced into a sedimentation basin, and most of suspended solids are removed by carrying out a sedimentation process. Next, the supernatant water (coagulation precipitation treated water) obtained in this sedimentation basin is further treated with a filtration device to further remove the remaining fine suspension. In this way, clear treated water is obtained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Here, in the filtration device, the removal of the suspension is not successful, and the suspension content in the treated water often increases. For example, when the injection amount of the flocculant in the coagulation sedimentation treatment is insufficient, the fine suspension is not sufficiently removed in the filtration device, and the turbidity in the treated water increases.
[0004]
When this phenomenon was examined, the decrease in the suspension removal rate was not simply because the suspension diameter was reduced, but it did not pass through the filter medium layer. It is thought that it is decreasing.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a filtration treatment method capable of increasing the suspension adsorbing power of a filter medium and reliably obtaining clear treated water.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a filtration treatment method in which after the agglomeration treatment with the addition of a flocculant is performed, the agglomeration treated water is passed through the filter medium layer and the filtration treatment is performed. A predetermined amount of polyaluminum chloride is added as the coagulant to the coagulation treated water supplied to the filter medium layer, and the coagulant is attached to the surface of the filter medium with coating water whose pH is controlled in the range of 5.0 ± 0.5 . A flocculant adhering step for causing the flocculant to adhere to the surface of the filter medium in the filter medium layer is conducted intermittently at a predetermined frequency.
[0007]
Thus, according to this invention, the process which makes a flocculant adhere to a filter medium surface with predetermined frequency at the time of water flow is performed. Thereby, a film of a flocculant is formed on the surface of the filter medium, and the ability to adsorb and filter the suspended matter in the water to be filtered is recovered. Therefore, good filtration treatment can be performed over a long period of time. In particular, the concentration and pH of the flocculant in the coating water flowing through the filter medium layer in order to form a flocculant film on the filter medium surface must be in a predetermined range, and the flow rate must be a predetermined amount or more. In the present invention, since the coating water is circulated to the filter medium layer in consideration of these, the flocculant film can be effectively formed on the filter medium surface. In particular, by forming such a flocculant coating on the surface of the filter medium, the zeta potential on the surface of the filter medium can be reduced to about 0 to -10 mV. Thereby, the suspension in water can be adsorbed effectively.
[0008]
In addition, it has a backwashing process for circulating backwashing water in the reverse direction to the filter medium layer to wash the filter medium, and in this backwashing process, a predetermined amount of flocculant is added to the backwash water supplied to the filter medium layer, It is preferable to carry out a coagulant adhering step in which a predetermined amount of coating water whose pH is controlled within a predetermined range is circulated to adhere the coagulant to the filter medium surface of the filter medium layer.

When the amount of the suspended matter trapped in the filter medium becomes a predetermined amount or more, backwashing is performed to regenerate the filter medium. The trapped suspension can be removed by this backwashing, but the flocculant adhering to the filter medium is also removed at this time. Therefore, during this backwashing step, the filter medium surface can be suitably filtered immediately after backwashing by attaching the flocculant to the surface of the filter media.
[0010]
In the coagulant adhering step, polyaluminum chloride is added as a coagulant so as to be 40 to 80 mg / l, and coagulation is performed using coating water whose pH is controlled within a range of 5.0 ± 0.5. It is preferable to perform the adhesion of the agent. Such coating water can effectively form a film of aluminum hydroxide on the surface of the filter medium. In addition, although what contains 10% of PAC as Al 2 O 3 is usually marketed, 40-80 mg / l in the present invention means that 40-80 mg of PAC having the above-mentioned concentration per liter of backwash water. In this case, the added amount of Al is 2.12 to 4.24 mg / l.
[0011]
Moreover, it is suitable that the quantity which distribute | circulates coating water in the said coagulant | flocculant adhesion process shall be 1.5 to 2.5 times the void volume of a filter medium. With this amount of coating water, a suitable flocculant is brought into contact with the filter medium surface. Use of larger amounts of coating water wastes flocculant.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]

The timing of this cleaning is performed by setting a timer based on empirically obtained time or setting a filtration resistance by a differential pressure gauge. Further, the backwashing is performed by combining backwashing using filtered water or backwashing with surface washing or air washing.

Here, in this embodiment, the flocculant from the

Thus, in this embodiment, in addition to normal backwashing, backwashing with backwashing water (coating water) containing a flocculant is performed, and thereby a flocculant film is formed on the surface of the filter medium. That is, a predetermined amount of backwash water adjusted to a predetermined pH and added with a predetermined amount of flocculant is passed through the

[0025]
Here, the zeta potential of the filter medium indicates the adhesion state of the flocculant (for example, aluminum hydroxide) to the filter medium surface. Therefore, by setting the zeta potential of the filter medium to a predetermined value (0 to -10 mV), the surface state of the filter medium can be adjusted to a state in which fine flocs can be easily captured. And by attaching the aluminum hydroxide to the surface of the filter medium with the backwash water adjusted as described above, in the filtration after the backwash, the fine floc is prevented from flowing out from the beginning, and the water quality is good. Treated water can be obtained.
[0026]
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the flocculant from the

And the supply of this coating water is performed intermittently. That is, in the present embodiment, the amount of the flocculant added in the coagulation sedimentation process is minimized. When the flocs flocs due to the amount of the flocculant added are filtered, the zeta potential on the surface of the filter medium gradually decreases, and the inflowing flocs cannot be sufficiently captured.
[0029]
In this embodiment, the
[0030]
Although the turbidity in the filtered water can be improved to some extent by increasing the amount of the flocculant added in the flocculation treatment, in this case, it is necessary to add a considerably large amount of the flocculating agent. On the other hand, as in this embodiment, a predetermined amount of the flocculant is intermittently supplied to the
[0031]
Here, in the case of this embodiment, the same flocculant film is formed during backwashing. Therefore, the flocculant adheres to the filter medium surface immediately after backwashing, and the zeta potential on the filter medium surface is set to a desired value. Therefore, sufficient filtration can be performed from this stage. Next, when the suspension is adsorbed to the flocculant coating film on the surface of the filter medium and the zeta potential has dropped due to continued filtration, the flocculant is added to the water to be filtered, and the flocculant on the surface of the filter medium Agent adhesion is performed. Therefore, this treatment causes the flocculant to adhere to the filter medium surface. In this way, since the flocculant adheres to the surface of the filter medium a predetermined number of times during the water flow period between backwashing and backwashing, the filter medium surface that has lost the adsorptive power due to continued filtration can be regenerated. . Therefore, effective filtration can be continued and good treated water can be maintained over a long period of time.
[0032]
In addition, when adding a flocculant, there exists a possibility that a flocculent may mix in process water. Therefore, it is preferable to return the treated water to the upstream side of the
[0033]
In this embodiment, backwashing is performed by the following procedure. (I) First, backwashing is performed by allowing the filtered water to flow back as it is. For example, LV (empty linear velocity) = 40 m / h × 8 minutes. As described above, air backwashing may be combined. (Ii) Next, backwashing with backwashing water to which a flocculant (PAC) and an acid are added is performed. LV = 40 m / h × 1 minute. (Iii) Next, it rests in a stationary state for 30 seconds.
[0034]
In this way, the backwashing with the backwash water to which the flocculant as the zeta potential adjusting agent and the acid are added is performed for a short time, so that the flocculant and the filter medium are sufficiently mixed and the time for contact is obtained. The aluminum hydroxide is sufficiently adhered to the surface of the filter medium.
[0035]
And also in the water flow period between backwashing performed about once every two days, the process for adhesion of the flocculant to a filter medium is performed about once every 6 hours. For example, if the pore volume of the filter medium is 6.75 m 3 , and twice the amount of coating water is passed, the above-described flocculant is added to 13.5 m 3 of the water to be filtered. Also, the water flow rate is not changed from the normal time. In this way, the process of adhering the flocculant to the filter medium surface is performed 8 times every 6 hours between backwashing.
[0036]
In particular, the coating water to which the flocculant and the acid are added according to the present embodiment uses PAC (a liquid containing 10% of the active ingredient Al 2 O 3 ) as the flocculant, and the addition amount is 40 to 80 mg / L. And the pH of the water shall be 5.0 +/- 0.5, and let this be the total amount of water, and it shall be 1.5 to 2.5 times the void volume of the filter medium in the
[0037]
As described above, in this embodiment, the amount of flocculant added to the backwash water is adjusted so that the zeta potential of the filter medium is 0 to −10 mV. This zeta potential indicates the electrical potential that exists across the solid-liquid interface and indicates the surface charge for suspended matter in water. Normally, suspended substances (viscosity components, algae, etc.) contained in river water are negatively charged, and each suspended substance is negatively charged. It has become. The aggregating agent first neutralizes this potential to weaken the repulsive force, and then agglomerates or aggregates. Therefore, it is desirable that the zeta potential of the aggregate floc is closer to the neutral point, that is, zero. Usually, the zeta potential of suspended substances in raw water is −20 mV or less, and the zeta potential of aggregated floc is −10 mV or more.
[0038]
Here, in the coagulation sedimentation / rapid filtration method generally used in water purification treatment, it is known that minute floc flows out from the rapid filter, particularly immediately after the start of filtration. It is known that the zeta potential of this minute floc is as low as −15 mV or less and aggregation is not sufficiently performed.
[0039]
The filter medium is negatively charged as it is in the suspended substance in water. By setting the zeta potential of the filter medium to −10 mV or more, the adhesion of the flocculant hydroxide to the filter medium surface can be made sufficient. And by forming this deposit | attachment, the capture | acquisition ability of a floc can be improved and the raise of the suspended solid concentration in a treated water can be prevented. It is not preferable to set the zeta potential to 0 mV or more because it is not economical and the aluminum concentration in the cleaning wastewater becomes high.
[0040]
In this embodiment, PAC (a liquid containing 10% of the active ingredient Al 2 O 3 ) is used as the flocculant, and the amount added is 40 to 80 mg / L. And the pH of the coating water shall be 5.0 +/- 0.5, and this shall be made into the total amount of water, and 1.5 to 2.5 times the void volume of the filter medium in the

Also, once every 6 hours, the same coating water as that used for backwashing was used, and the aggregating agent was attached to the surface of the filter medium by passing water at LV = 5 m / h for about 8 minutes. The amount of water was twice the amount of the filter medium void volume.
[0047]
By such treatment, it was confirmed that the treated water was not deteriorated immediately after backwashing and during the water flow period, and the target turbidity could be maintained continuously.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when water is passed, the flocculant is attached to the surface of the filter medium at a predetermined frequency. The ability to adsorb and filter the suspension is restored. Therefore, good filtration treatment can be performed over a long period of time.
[0049]
Moreover, in the backwashing process, the flocculant adheres to the surface of the filter medium, whereby suitable filtration of the filter medium surface can be performed immediately after backwashing.
[0050]
Also, using polyaluminum chloride (referred to as PAC) as a flocculant, adding this PAC to 40-80 mg / l, and using coating water whose pH is controlled within the range of 5.0 ± 0.5. By attaching the flocculant, an aluminum hydroxide film can be effectively formed on the surface of the filter medium.
[0051]
Moreover, contact with the filter medium surface of a suitable flocculant is performed by making the quantity which distribute | circulates coating water in a flocculant adhesion process into 1.5 to 2.5 times the void volume of a filter medium.
