Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger used in, for example, an air conditioner mounted on an automobile.
Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example,
However, in the heat exchanger of
Moreover, in the heat exchanger of
The present invention has been made in view of such various points, and the object of the present invention is to provide a header tank with rigidity when a partition member is provided inside the header tank to constitute a multiflow type heat exchanger. It is intended to sufficiently ensure and to prevent the heat exchange medium from leaking and to prevent the occurrence of defective products.
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, both the tube insertion hole and the partition member insertion hole are formed on the side opposite to the joint portion of the plate member constituting the header tank, and the tip end portion of the partition member in the insertion direction is further formed. It formed so that it might escape from the junction part of a board | plate material.
Specifically, in the invention of
According to this configuration, since the tube insertion hole and the partition member insertion hole are located on the opposite side to the joint portion of the plate material constituting the header tank, both the insertion holes are formed on both radial sides as in the prior art. The rigidity of the header tank is higher than the one. In addition, the joint portion of the plate material constituting the header tank may slightly protrude inward of the header tank due to manufacturing variations, but the joint portion protruding inward of the header tank may be It becomes possible to escape by the escape portion and bring the partition member into contact with the inner surface of the header tank, and the brazing failure of the partition member is avoided. This eliminates the need for a conventional structure in which a through hole is formed in the header tank and the protrusion of the partition member is fitted, so that the header tank has sufficient rigidity and the heat exchange medium is leaked in advance. Is prevented .
In the invention of
According to this configuration, the brazing material that flows between the partition member and the inner surface of the header tank at the time of brazing is solidified without being cut between the two.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, at least a part of the inner surface of the partition member insertion hole is formed to extend across the thickness direction of the plate material constituting the header tank, and the partition member The inner surface of the insertion hole and the partition member are brazed.
According to this configuration, the length in the header tank inside / outside direction of at least a part of the inner surface of the partition member insertion hole is longer than the thickness dimension of the plate member constituting the header tank. The brazing area with the member can be increased.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects of the present invention, on the side opposite to the insertion direction of the partition member, the partition member is recessed from the outer surface of the header tank while being inserted into the partition member insertion hole. A concave portion forming portion is provided, and the periphery of the partition member insertion hole of the header tank is deformed toward the concave portion forming portion, and the partition member is caulked and fixed to the header tank.
According to this configuration, the partition member is caulked and fixed to the header tank by simply deforming the periphery of the partition member insertion hole of the header tank toward the recess forming portion side of the partition member, and the partition member is displaced before brazing or during brazing. No longer.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, a taper portion is formed on the side opposite to the insertion direction of the partition member so as to be reduced toward the outside of the header tank. The periphery of the partition member insertion hole of the header tank is deformed toward the tapered portion, and the partition member is caulked and fixed to the header tank.
According to this configuration, the partition member is caulked and fixed to the header tank simply by deforming the periphery of the partition member insertion hole of the header tank toward the taper portion side of the partition member, and the partition member is displaced before brazing or during brazing. Disappear.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the partition member is made of a plate material, and the thickness of the partition member is set to be greater than the thickness of the header tank. To do.
According to this configuration, since the rigidity of the partition member is ensured, it is possible to suppress the partition member from being deformed when the partition member is caulked and fixed to the header tank.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to sixth aspects, the shape of the partition member is axisymmetric about a straight line extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the insertion direction at the center in the insertion direction in plan view. The configuration is a shape.
According to this configuration, since the partition member has a line-symmetric shape at the center in the insertion direction, the partition member can be inserted into the partition member insertion hole from one side or the other side in the insertion direction. The brazing failure is avoided. That is, since the assembling operator may insert the partition member from either side, the insertion direction of the partition member will not be lost, and erroneous assembly will not occur.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tube insertion hole and the partition member insertion hole are collectively formed on the side opposite to the joint portion of the header tank plate member, and the escape portion escapes the joint portion at the distal end portion in the insertion direction of the partition member. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently secure the rigidity of the header tank while improving the brazability of the partition member, and to prevent the heat exchange medium from leaking. As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of defective products in the heat exchanger .
According to the invention of
According to invention of
According to the inventions of
According to the invention of

As shown in FIG. 3, a number of
As shown in FIG. 2, a

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the partition
A first
As shown in FIG. 5, first
A third
In the
Further, with the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The refrigerant flowing into the
Next, the point which manufactures the
Next, when the
The
Further, the
Thereafter, the end of the
Thereafter, the
Further, since the
Furthermore, the
As described above, according to the
In addition, since the
Further, since the distance between the first
Further, since the inner surfaces of both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the partition
Further, since the
Moreover, since the thickness of the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the 1st
In the above embodiment, the second
When the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, since there is no opening part, such as a partition
Further, as in
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where one partition plate was provided in each of the
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where this invention was applied to the
As described above, the heat exchanger according to the present invention is suitable for, for example, a condenser constituting one element of a refrigeration cycle of an air conditioner.
