Claims (6)
- 外部事物のイメージを集めるためのレンズが内蔵された円筒型鏡筒と、
前記レンズの光軸方向に前記鏡筒が上下運動するように前記鏡筒を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設置され、前記鏡筒を前記光軸方向に線形運動させるためのオートフォーカスアクチュエータと、
弾性を持つ樹脂で射出成形され、前記鏡筒の線形運動を案内するように前記鏡筒の上部を支持するための環状のヒンジスプリングとを含み、
前記ヒンジスプリングは、
環状に配置される多数の縁部と、
前記ヒンジスプリングを前記鏡筒に結合させるための2つの鏡筒結合部と、
前記ヒンジスプリングを前記ハウジングに結合させるための2つのハウジング結合部と、
前記各縁部を前記鏡筒結合部または前記ハウジング結合部に連結し、前記縁部より小さい厚さをもって前記鏡筒の上下運動の際に変形する弾性変形部とを含んでなることを特徴とする、カメラモジュール。 - 前記ヒンジスプリングは、前記鏡筒の上下運動の際に弾性変形する部位が薄い厚さを持つように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記鏡筒結合部は、前記鏡筒に固定されるように挿嵌される突起が一体に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記鏡筒は、前記鏡筒結合部の突起が挿嵌される溝を設けるように、外壁に2つの結合突起が互に離隔して突設されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記鏡筒の上下運動の際に、前記鏡筒に結合した前記鏡筒結合部は前記光軸方向に対して平行に上下運動し、前記鏡筒結合部を前記縁部に連結する前記弾性変形部は撓みまたは捩れ変形することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記鏡筒の下側部に結合されるフィルムサスペンションをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
