2 結晶化ガラス
Claims (9)
- ガーネット結晶中にCe 3+ を含む結晶を析出してなる結晶化ガラス基材とガラス焼結層とを有する発光色変換部材であって、結晶化ガラス基材の片面若しくは両面にガラス焼結層が形成されてなり、励起光が照射されたときに、結晶化ガラス及びガラス焼結層が互いに異なる波長の蛍光を発する性質を有することを特徴とする発光色変換部材。
- 波長300〜500nmの光によって励起されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光色変換部材。
- ガラス焼結層が、励起光の一部または全部を吸収し、波長500〜780nmの光の蛍光を発する性質を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発光色変換部材。
- 結晶化ガラス基材表面にガラス焼結層を融着させることにより、結晶化ガラス基材とガラス焼結層とが密着してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の発光色変換部材。
- ガーネット結晶が、YAG結晶またはYAG結晶固溶体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の発光色変換部材。
- 結晶化ガラス基材が、モル百分率で、SiO2+B2O3 10〜60%、Al2O3+GeO2+Ga2O3 15〜50%、Y2O3+Gd2O3 5〜30%、Li2O 0〜25%、TiO2+ZrO2 0〜15%、CaO+MgO 0〜5%、Ce2O3 0.01〜5%含有するガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の発光色変換部材。
- ガラス焼結層が、ガラス粉末、無機蛍光体粉末を含む混合物を焼成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の発光色変換部材。
- ガラス粉末が、モル百分率で、SiO2 30〜70%、B2O3 1〜15%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜25%、SrO 0〜10%、BaO 5〜40%、RO 10〜45%、Al2O3 0〜20%、ZnO 0〜10%含有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光色変換部材。
- 混合物が、質量比で、ガラス粉末70〜99.99%と無機蛍光体粉末0.01〜30%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の発光色変換部材。
