Claims (4)
- 乾式再処理プロセスで発生する使用済み電解質をリン酸塩転換処理することで得られる処理対象物質を、鉄リン酸系ガラスからなる分離材に、該鉄リン酸系ガラスの軟化点以下の温度で通液し、前記分離材により、処理対象物質中に含まれている不溶性の核***生成物をろ過除去すると共に溶解している核***生成物を収着分離し、核***生成物を保持している鉄リン酸系ガラスをガラス固化体材料とすることを特徴とする核***生成物の分離方法。
- 加圧系から供給する不活性ガスによって処理対象物質の雰囲気調整を行うと共に、液状の処理対象物質を加圧して分離材の通過を促進可能とした請求項1記載の核***生成物の分離方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の分離方法の実施に用いる装置であって、分離材が充填されている筒状の分離容器からなる分離装置本体、該分離容器の上部で開口している処理対象物質の供給口、分離容器の下部から連通する精製液受槽、分離容器に供給された処理対象物質に加圧力を付与可能な加圧系、精製液受槽に連結された吸引系、装置内の温度制御を行う発熱体を具備し、前記分離材が鉄リン酸系ガラスからなることを特徴とする核***生成物の分離装置。
- 鉄リン酸系ガラスの組成はFe/P比で0.15〜0.75であり、それを粉体状あるいはファイバ状とするか、もしくは粉体やファイバを軟化点まで加熱してカートリッジ形態となるように成型加工して分離材とする請求項3記載の核***生成物の分離装置。
