Claims (3)
- 変形可能な形状記憶ポリマーで構成された、ボディ部材から離れる方向にかつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びているブレードを有する細長いボディ部材であって、前記ブレードは縁部を形成する末端部を含み、前記ボディ部材は前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って前記ボディ部材を通って延びている空洞をさらに含んでいる細長いボディ部材と、
前記空洞内の所定の位置にしっかりと固定され、かつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びて前記ボディ部材に剛性を与え、それによって前記ボディ部材の撓みを制限する補強部材と、を有する、
タイヤ内に鍵穴サイプを形成する装置。 - ***部分同士の間に流路を有しており、各々の***部分が溝状の領域を含んでいる、少なくとも2つの***部分と、
トレッド内に鍵穴サイプを形成する少なくとも1つの装置と、を有し、
前記装置は、前記装置が前記2つの***部分の間を前記流路の幅を横切って延びるように、各々の端部が前記各***部分の前記溝状の領域内にそれぞれ固定された、前記装置の長さに沿った両端部を含んでおり、
前記装置は、
変形可能な形状記憶ポリマーで構成された、ボディ部材から離れる方向にかつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びているブレードを有する細長いボディ部材であって、前記ブレードは前記流路の表面内に固定された縁部を形成する末端部を含んでおり、前記ボディ部材は前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って前記ボディ部材を通って延びている空洞さらに含んでいる細長いボディ部材と、
前記空洞内の所定の位置にしっかりと固定され、かつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びて前記ボディ部材に剛性を与え、それによって前記鍵穴サイプの形成時に前記ボディ部材の撓みを制限する補強部材と、を含んでいる、
鍵穴サイプを有するタイヤトレッドを成形する型。 - 変形可能な材料で構成された細長いボディ部材であって、該ボディ部材の長さに沿って前記ボディ部材を通って延びている空洞を含んでいる、細長いボディ部材と、
前記ボディ部材から離れる方向にかつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びているブレードであって、縁部を形成する末端部と、前記ボディ部材の外側面で終わって該外側面に取付けられている基端部と、を含んでいる、ブレードと、
前記空洞内の所定の位置にしっかりと固定され、かつ実質的に前記ボディ部材の長さに沿って延びて前記ボディ部材に剛性を与え、それによって前記ボディ部材の撓みを制限する補強部材と、を有する、
