Claims (7)
- 複数の熱発生要素(60)で空気を加熱するために、少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)と、該PTC素子(6)の対峙する両側表面上に置かれた電気的なストリップ導体(4)と、平行な層になって配置されると共に、前記熱発生要素(60)の対峙する面上に配置されて、ばねを含む枠体(52)中で所定位置に保持される複数の熱放射要素(56)とを備えており、前記ばねにより前記平行な層が前記ばねを含む枠体(52)中に保持されている加熱装置において、前記ストリップ導体(4)は、前記PTC素子(6)とは反対の方向を向く該ストリップ導体の外側面で、セラミックプレート(12)及びプラスチックフォイル(10)を含む非導電性の絶縁層(8)により囲まれており、該非導電性の絶縁層(8)は、前記熱放射要素(56)が前記プラスチックフォイル(10)に直接に接触するように、前記熱放射要素(56)のための当接面を形成している、ことを特徴とする加熱装置。
- 前記プラスチックフォイル(10)は、前記セラミックプレート(12)の外側面に配置され、該外側面にラミネートされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)を保持するための少なくとも1つの枠開口(34)を形成する位置決め枠体(2)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置において、前記絶縁層(8)は、少なくとも幅方向の端から端まで前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)を越えて突き出ており、前記少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)は、絶縁ギャップ(36)分だけ前記位置決め枠体(2)から周方向に隔たっている、ことを特徴とする加熱装置。
- 前記絶縁層(8)を含む電気的に非伝導のカプセル構造(8,26;8,46,40)を備えており、該カプセル構造(8,46,40)は前記PTC素子(6)及び前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)を完全にカプセル化しており、前記絶縁層(8)は、前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)を越えて突き出る部分(44)を有しており、該部分(44)は、中間層としての封止要素(46)により、前記位置決め枠体(2)に関して封止されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、前記絶縁層(8)を前記位置決め枠体(2)に接続するプラスチック接着剤により形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、前記位置決め枠体(2)により形成されると共に少なくとも前記位置決め枠体(2)の長さに沿って延びる封止手段境界縁(48)に隣接して、配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の加熱装置。
- 絶縁間隔保持手段(40)が、少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)を越えて突き出る前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)の縁と前記位置決め枠体(2)の材料との間で前記絶縁ギャップ(36)中に配置されており、前記絶縁間隔保持手段(40)は、前記枠開口(34)の周囲を取り巻く縁(42)と前記PTC素子(6)との間に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加熱装置。
