Claims (8)
- 通信信号を送受信するアンテナに接続されるアンテナポート、前記アンテナポートとの接続が択一的に選択される複数のスイッチポート、および、前記スイッチポートと前記アンテナポートとの接続を切り替えるFETスイッチ、を備えるスイッチ素子と、
前記複数のスイッチポートのいずれかを、前記通信信号を処理する通信信号処理回路に接続する、高周波回路と、
前記複数のスイッチポートのうち前記高周波回路が接続されていない空きスイッチポートを少なくともひとつ備え、前記空きスイッチポートを直接または回路素子で構成されるインピーダンス部を介してGND電極に接続する、GND回路と、を備える高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記FETスイッチは、前記アンテナポートに接続するスイッチポートを切り替える際に、一時的に、前記空きスイッチポートが前記アンテナポートに接続される、請求項1に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記インピーダンス部は、特性インピーダンスが50Ωの抵抗を備える、請求項1または2に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記FETスイッチは、GaAs半導体FETスイッチであり、
前記インピーダンス部は、接続されているスイッチポートと前記GND電極との間に直列に接続されたコンデンサを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記スイッチ素子と前記高周波回路と前記GND回路とを、絶縁体層と配線電極とを交互に積層したセラミック多層基板に一体に形成した、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記セラミック多層基板は、前記スイッチ素子の実装面とは別の基板積層面に前記GND電極を備え、前記GND回路は、接続されているスイッチポートをビアホール電極を介して前記GND電極に接続する、請求項5に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記セラミック多層基板は内部に複数のGND電極を備え、前記GND回路は接続されている前記空きスイッチポートを前記セラミック多層基板内部に形成したビアホール電極を介して前記絶縁体層の積層方向において前記スイッチ素子の実装面に最も近く配置されたGND電極に直接接続する、請求項6に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 通信信号を送受信するアンテナに接続されるアンテナポート、前記アンテナポートとの接続が択一的に選択される複数のスイッチポート、および、前記スイッチポートと前記アンテナポートとの接続を切り替えるFETスイッチ、を備えるスイッチ素子と、
前記複数のスイッチポートのいずれかを、前記通信信号を処理する通信信号処理回路に接続する、一つ以上の高周波回路と、を備え、
前記複数のスイッチポートのうち、少なくとも2つのスイッチポートを、回路素子を介することなく直接接続した、高周波スイッチモジュール。
