Claims (43)
- 熱硬化性組成物であって、
(a)1つまたは複数の、
を含むベンズオキサジン成分、ならびに
(b)第二級アミン末端基を有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンコポリマーを含む強化剤成分
を含む熱硬化性組成物。 - (a)
を含むベンズオキサジン成分、および
(b)第二級アミン末端基を有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンコポリマーを含む強化剤成分
を含む熱硬化性組成物であって、前記組成物の硬化反応生成物が、少なくとも177℃(350°F)の湿潤Tg(ここで、湿潤Tgは、沸騰水に3日間浸漬した後のTgを表す。)、少なくとも0.34kgf−cm/cm2(1.9 in−lb/in2)のGIC で表した靭性(ここで、G IC は、ASTM D5045−96に従って測定した値である。)、ビスフェノールFとアニリンを使用して調製したベンズオキサジンと比較して少なくとも15%のΔH減少率、ならびに、強化剤濃度を増加して使用した場合の、乾燥Tgと比較した湿潤Tgの6%未満の低下率、の少なくとも1つを示すことができる熱硬化性組成物。 - (a)
を含むベンズオキサジン成分、および
(b)第二級アミン末端基を有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンコポリマーを含む強化剤成分
を含む熱硬化性組成物であって、前記組成物の硬化反応生成物が、少なくとも177℃(350°F)の湿潤Tg(ここで、湿潤Tgは、沸騰水に3日間浸漬した後のTgを表す。)、少なくとも0.34kgf−cm/cm2(1.9 in−lb/in2)のGIC で表した靭性(ここで、G IC は、ASTM D5045−96に従って測定した値である。)、ビスフェノールFとアニリンから調製したベンズオキサジンと比較して少なくとも15%のΔH減少率、ならびに、強化剤濃度を増加して使用した場合の、乾燥Tgと比較した湿潤Tgの6%未満の低下率、の少なくとも1つを示すことができる熱硬化性組成物。 - 硬化物の密度が、1.2g/cc未満である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 成分(a)が、組成物の全重量に対して10〜99重量%の範囲の量で存在する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 成分(b)が、組成物の全重量に対して1〜90重量%の範囲の量で存在する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- さらに、無機充填剤成分を含む請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 無機充填剤成分が、シリカナノ粒子を含む請求項11に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物が注入された繊維層を含むプリプレグ。
- 繊維層が、一方向繊維から作製される請求項13に記載のプリプレグ。
- 繊維層が、繊維織物から作製される請求項13に記載のプリプレグ。
- 繊維が、カーボン、ガラス、アラミド、ホウ素、ポリアルキレン、石英、ポリベンズイミダゾール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリp−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール、シリコンカーバイド、フェノールホルムアルデヒド、フタレートおよびナフテノエートからなる群から選択される請求項13に記載のプリプレグ。
- ガラスが、Sガラス、S2ガラス、Eガラス、Rガラス、Aガラス、ARガラス、Cガラス、Dガラス、ECRガラス、ガラスフィラメント、ガラス短繊維、Tガラスおよび酸化ジルコニウムガラスからなる群から選択されたものである請求項16に記載のプリプレグ。
- カーボンが、ポリアクリロニトリル、ピッチおよびアクリル系からなる群から選択されたものである請求項16に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項13から18のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグの硬化反応生成物。
- (a)繊維層を用意するステップと、
(b)請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物を用意するステップと、
(c)前記熱硬化性組成物および前記繊維層を合わせてプリプレグ集成材を形成し、得られたプリプレグ集成材を、熱硬化性組成物を繊維層に注入するのに足る、高められた温度および圧力の条件下に置いてプリプレグを形成するステップと
を含むプリプレグの製造方法。 - (a)繊維層を用意するステップと、
(b)請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物を液体の形態で用意するステップと、
(c)前記繊維層を前記液体熱硬化性組成物中に通して繊維層に熱硬化性組成物を注入するステップと、
(d)過剰の熱硬化性組成物をプリプレグ集成材から除去するステップと
を含むプリプレグの製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の方法によって作製されたプリプレグ。
- 請求項21に記載の方法によって作製されたプリプレグ。
- 請求項20に記載のプリプレグの硬化反応生成物。
- 請求項21に記載のプリプレグの硬化反応生成物。
- (a)請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物を注入した繊維の束
を含むトウプレグ。 - 繊維が、カーボン、ガラス、アラミド、ホウ素、ポリアルキレン、石英、ポリベンズイミダゾール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリp−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール、シリコンカーバイド、フェノールホルムアルデヒド、フタレートおよびナフテノエートからなる群から選択される請求項26に記載のトウプレグ。
- ガラスが、S2ガラス、Eガラス、Rガラス、Rガラス、Aガラス、ARガラス、Cガラス、Dガラス、ECRガラス、ガラスフィラメント、ガラス短繊維、Tガラスおよび酸化ジルコニウムガラスからなる群から選択されたものである請求項27に記載のトウプレグ。
- カーボンが、ポリアクリロニトリル、ピッチおよびアクリル系からなる群から選択されたものである請求項28に記載のトウプレグ。
- 請求項27から29のいずれか1項に記載のトウプレグの硬化反応生成物。
- (a)繊維束を用意するステップと、
(b)請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物を用意するステップと、
(c)前記熱硬化性組成物と前記繊維束を合わせてトウプレグ集成材を形成し、得られたトウプレグ集成材を、繊維束に熱硬化性組成物を含浸させるのに足る、高められた温度と圧力の条件下に置いてトウプレグを形成するステップと
を含むトウプレグの製造方法。 - (a)繊維束を用意するステップと、
(b)請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性組成物を液体の形態で用意するステップと、
(c)前記繊維束を前記液体熱硬化性組成物に通して繊維束に熱硬化性組成物を含浸させるステップと、
(d)過剰の熱硬化性組成物をトウプレグ集成材から除去し、それによってトウプレグを形成するステップと

- 熱硬化性組成物の製造方法であって、
(a)
を含むベンズオキサジンを用意するステップと、
(b)第二級アミン末端基を有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンコポリマーを含む強化剤成分を混合しながら用意するステップと、
(c)ベンズオキサジンと強化剤成分を、熱硬化性組成物を生成するのに適当な条件下で混合するステップと
を含む方法。
