La2O3 12〜24%、
TiO2 5%を超え12%以下、
ZrO2 1〜10%、
Nb2O5 1%以上13%未満、
CaO 5〜20%及び
Li2O 3%を超え15%以下、
並びに
Al2O3 0〜3%及び/又は
Y2O3 0〜0.1%未満、及び/又は
Gd2O3 0〜5%及び/又は
GeO2 0〜10%及び/又は
Ta2O5 0〜5%及び/又は
ZnO 0〜8%及び/又は
MgO 0〜5%及び/又は
BaO 0〜10%及び/又は
SrO 0〜0.5%未満及び/又は
Sb2O3 0〜1%
の各成分を含有することを特徴とする前記構成1に記載の光学ガラスである。
弗素は、レンズプリフォーム材となるゴブを作製する際に揮発による脈理などを発生するため、ゴブの作製が困難である。従って、本発明の光学ガラスに含有させるべきではない。

Claims (5)
- 屈折率(nd)が1.70〜1.74未満、アッベ数(νd)が40〜45(ただし、40,45を含まない)の範囲の光学定数を有し、以下の各成分の含有量が質量%で
SiO 2 10%を超え17%以下、
B 2 O 3 15〜25%、
La 2 O 3 12〜24%、
TiO 2 5%を超え12%以下、
ZrO 2 1〜10%、
Nb 2 O 5 1%以上13%未満、
CaO 5〜20%及び
Li 2 O 3%を超え15%以下、
並びに
Al 2 O 3 0〜3%、
Y 2 O 3 0〜0.1%未満、
Gd 2 O 3 0〜5%、
GeO 2 0〜10%、
Ta 2 O 5 0〜5%、
ZnO 0〜8%、
MgO 0〜5%、
BaO 0〜10%、
SrO 0〜0.5%未満及び
Sb 2 O 3 0〜1%
であり、実質的に鉛、ヒ素、弗素を含まず、各成分の質量%の比率で(La 2 O 3 +Gd 2 O 3 +Y 2 O 3 +TiO 2 +ZrO 2 +Nb 2 O 5 )/(SiO 2 +B 2 O 3 )が0.78〜1.08であり、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が540℃以下であることを特徴とする光学ガラス。 - 表面法耐候性が級1又は2であることを特徴とする請求項1の光学ガラス。
- 請求項1又は2の光学ガラスからなるレンズプリフォーム材。
- 請求項3のレンズプリフォーム材を精密プレス成形してなる光学素子。
- 請求項1又は2の光学ガラスを精密プレス成形してなる光学素子。
