Description
Claims (16)
- 内燃機関(1)のシリンダ(29)に配置された吸気弁及び排気弁(23)を有し、前記吸気弁の開度曲線(26)が前記内燃機関(1)の負荷運転の状態に応じて可変調整可能である、内燃機関の運転方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)の部分負荷運転において、前記吸気弁の閉鎖時点が、制御変数としての前記シリンダの内部温度(Tcyl)に応じて決定され、及び燃料噴射時点が前記吸気弁の閉鎖時点に対応して変化されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記内燃機関(1)の部分負荷運転において、前記吸気弁が下死点(BDC)の後最大120°まで開いた状態のままとされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸気弁が前記内燃機関(1)の部分負荷運転において、下死点(BDC)の前で既に閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸気弁が下死点(BDC)の前60°以降は閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ(29)当たり少なくとも二つの吸気弁がある場合、前記シリンダ(29)の前記少なくとも二つの吸気弁が同期して作動することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ(29)当たり少なくとも二つの吸気弁がある場合、前記シリンダ(29)の前記少なくとも二つの吸気弁が非同期で作動することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ(29)の全ての前記吸気弁が下死点(BDC)を越えて開いた状態のままとされるが、異なる閉鎖時点を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 全負荷運転において、前記吸気弁が下死点(BDC)において閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関(1)の前記シリンダ(29)を通じた内部排気ガス再循環を実現するため、前記吸気弁と前記排気弁が、重なる位相の間、開放位置へと同時に調整されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ(29)に配置された吸気弁及び排気弁(23)を有し、前記吸気弁の開度曲線(26)が前記内燃機関(1)の負荷運転の状態に応じて可変調整可能である、内燃機関であって、
前記内燃機関(1)の部分負荷運転において、前記吸気弁が閉ループ及び開ループ制御ユニット(25)の作動信号により可変に調整されることができ、前記吸気弁の閉鎖時点が、制御変数としての前記シリンダの内部温度(Tcyl)に応じて決定され得ること、及び燃料噴射時点が前記吸気弁の閉鎖時点に対応して変化され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行なうための内燃機関。 - 排気システム(10)内に排気ガスタービン(4)を有し、吸気管(12)内にコンプレッサ(5)を有する排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の内燃機関。
- 二つの直列に接続された排気ガスターボチャージャ(2、3)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気システムと前記吸気管(12)との間の再循環ライン(38)と、調整可能なチェックバルブ(39)と、を有する排気ガス再循環装置が備えられることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 全てのシリンダ(29)用に共通の排気ガス収集レール(34)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気ガス収集レール(34)に冷却器(42)が割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の内燃機関。
- 追加の空気がコンプレッサ(43)を用いて前記排気ガス収集レール(34)内へ供給され得ることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の内燃機関。
