Description
12とで断面略H状に一体に形成され、このような形状のコイル支持部材13を回転子巻線1を形成する導体間に装着することで、連結部12の両側とこれと隣接する回転子巻線1間で空間11,14を形成し通風溝としている。
前記コイル支持部材は、二つの挟持部とこれを連結する連結部とで断面H形状に一体に形成されると共に、該連結部の両側とこれに隣接する回転子巻線間で二つの空間を形成し、かつ、該連結部の径方向上端を該挟持部の径方向上端よりも短くして、径方向で半分よりも外側にのみ設けた連通路を介して該二つの空間を連通させることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 固定子と対向配置される固定子であって、該固定子は、軸方向に延び、かつ、周方向に所定間隔をもって形成された複数のスロットを有する固定子鉄心と、該固定子鉄心の各スロット内に格納される固定子巻線と、該固定子巻線の軸方向端部において該固定子巻線間に配置された電気絶縁性を有するコイル支持部材を介して装着された保持環とを備え、
前記コイル支持部材は、二つの挟持部とこれを連結する連結部とで断面H形状に一体に形成されると共に、該連結部の両側とこれに隣接する回転子巻線間で二つの空間を形成し、かつ、該連結部の径方向上端を該挟持部の径方向上端よりも短くして、径方向で半分よりも外側にのみ設けた連通路を介して該二つの空間を連通させることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記コイル支持部材の少なくとも一方の挟持部内径側を前記連結部の内径側より径方向に短くして、該連結部の下部を前記回転子巻線の内径側に露出させていることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記コイル支持部材の二つの挟持部内径側を前記連結部の内径側より径方向に短くして、該連結部の下部のみが前記回転子巻線の内径側に露出させていることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記連結部に貫通孔が設けられて形成されていることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項4に記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記連結部の外周面の径方向位置を前記二つの両挟持部と等しくし、かつ、前記貫通孔は、前記連結部の径方向最外周位置より下部に設けられていることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記コイル支持部材を形成する連結部を、その縦断面が内径側から外径側に向うに従い周方向に幅広となる台形状となるように形成し、前記空間をコイル側面と平行にし通風路面積を一定としていることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1乃至6に記載の回転電機の回転子において、
前記コイル支持部材の連結部は、前記挟持部より熱伝導率の良い材質であることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。
