Claims (4)
- 燃料電池セルを複数層積層した燃料電池積層体と、前記燃料電池積層体の積層方向両端に設けられるエンドプレートと、前記エンドプレート内を通り、前記燃料電池積層体の積層方向に貫通形成されたガス供給マニホールドと連通するガス導入部と、前記エンドプレート内を通り、前記燃料電池積層体の積層方向に貫通形成されたガス排出マニホールドと連通するガス排出部と、を有し、
前記エンドプレート内のガス導入部は、前記ガス供給マニホールドに面する側から前記ガス導入部を通る反応ガスの上流側に向かって下るように傾斜し、
前記エンドプレート内のガス導入部の底面と前記ガス供給マニホールドの底面との境界部に、前記ガス供給マニホールドの底面が前記エンドプレート内のガス導入部の底面より垂直方向上方となる段差が形成され、
前記エンドプレート内のガス導入部の上面と前記ガス供給マニホールドの上面との境界部に、前記ガス供給マニホールドの上面が前記エンドプレート内のガス導入部の上面より垂直方向下方となる段差が形成され、
前記燃料電池積層体の積層方向は、前記燃料電池積層体を載置する載置面に対して平行な方向であり、前記垂直方向は、前記載置面に対して垂直な方向であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムであって、前記エンドプレート内のガス排出部は、前記ガス排出マニホールドに面する側から前記ガス排出部を通る反応ガスの下流側に向かって下るように傾斜していることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
- 請求項2記載の燃料電池システムであって、前記エンドプレート内のガス排出部の底面と前記ガス排出マニホールドの底面との境界部に、前記ガス排出マニホールドの底面が前記エンドプレート内のガス排出部の底面より前記垂直方向の上方となる段差が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
- 請求項2又は3記載の燃料電池システムであって、前記エンドプレート内のガス排出部の上面と前記ガス排出マニホールドの上面との境界部に、前記ガス排出マニホールドの上面が前記エンドプレート内のガス排出部の上面より前記垂直方向の下方となる段差が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
