Claims (17)
- 第1絶縁フィルムと、
前記第1絶縁フィルムに形成された複数の導電パターンと、
前記第1絶縁フィルムに形成され、前記複数の導電パターンを覆う第2絶縁フィルムと、
前記導電パターンに電気的に接続された少なくとも一つの光源と、
前記第2絶縁フィルムの表面に形成され、前記光源からの光を吸収する光吸収層と、を含み、
前記光吸収層は、前記光源側に頂点を有し、導光板側に底辺を有する三角形の形状に形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。 - 前記三角形の形状の光吸収層は、前記光源と導光板との間に介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記三角形の形状の光吸収層の頂角が、90〜160度であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記三角形の形状の光吸収層の頂角が、120度であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記第1絶縁フィルムの前記第2絶縁フィルムと反対側の表面には、他の光吸収層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記他の光吸収層の面積が、前記三角形の形状の光吸収層の面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記三角形の形状の光吸収層の外周縁には、前記導電パターンに電気的に接続された少なくとも一つの受動素子が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記受動素子に対応する第1絶縁フィルムの表面に、前記他の光吸収層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記三角形の形状の光吸収層は、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテルアセテート、二酸化チタン、及びエポキシ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記他の光吸収層は、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテルアセテート、二酸化チタン、及びエポキシ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記光源は、発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記第1絶縁フィルムは、前記光源及び前記三角形の形状の光吸収層が形成される第1領域と、
前記第1領域の一側に設けられ、液晶表示パネルが電気的に接続される第2領域と、
前記第2領域の一側に設けられ、外部コントローラが電気的に接続される第3領域と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。 - 前記第2領域には、対称形態で相互に離隔された第1切開部が形成され、前記第1切開部の間には第2切開部が形成されており、
前記第1切開部と前記第2切開部とがなす切開領域には、液晶表示パネルに電気的に接続されるパネル接続部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。 - 前記パネル接続部は、前記第1絶縁フィルムの外部に導電パターンが露出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記第3領域には、外部コントローラに電気的に接続されるコントローラ接続部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記コントローラ接続部は、前記第1絶縁フィルムの外部に導電パターンが露出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第3領域には、対応する位置に固定用ホールがそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用フレキシブル回路基板。
