Claims (1)
- TiO2原料とZrO2原料とPbO原料とを主成分として含む出発原料を焼成してPb元素、Zr元素、及びTi元素を含有したペロブスカイト構造を有する複合型酸化物圧電材料の原料組成物を得て、前記複合型酸化物圧電材料の原料組成物を焼成して圧電磁器を作製する圧電磁器の製造方法であって、
前記TiO2原料及び前記ZrO2原料としてそれぞれP2O5を含有するTiO2の粉体原料及びZrO2の粉体原料を用意すると共に前記PbO原料としてP2O5を含有しないPbOの粉体原料を用意し、
TiO2の前記粉体原料及びZrO2の前記粉体原料に含まれるP2O5を前記出発原料に対して40ppm以上150ppm以下の範囲とした、圧電磁器の製造方法。
